Indulgently relaxing value From arrival to check-out our experience couldn\'t have been more enjoyable. Friendly, helpful and very professional staff from reception to pool-side to staff giving treatments. The spa-break offered spacious a bedroom with lots of extras, mouth-watering food whether breakfast or dinner in the very pleasant restaurant, or home-made pizza lunch in the comfortable bar area. The pool, spa pool changing rooms and pool-side were immaculately clean, the staff welcoming and helpful. BUT, the height of pleasure was the treatment - a whole hour of full body massage in a candle-lit room with atmospheric music. We thought we might feel a bit awkward, as neither of us had indulged in spa treatment before, but we needn\'t have worried, the two qualified staff made us feel relaxed and safe and always dignified. Would we do it again - you bet! We both agreed we\'d like it on a daily basis! |

Very enjoyable break The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were great, we stopped off at Warrington on our way to the spa, which offers some good shopping centres. The treatment we had was really good and relaxing, we also spent time in the gym and pool. The food was superb and plentiful, If you require extra treatments it is advisable to book when you book the spa experience or as soon as possible as i have found they are always fully booked when asking on the day!! We also visited Cheshire Oaks on our journey home, which isn\'t too far away. Overall very enjoyable. |

Spa Overnight Experience The hotel and grounds were excellent. the staff at the spa suite were absolutely wonderful being both friendly and very professional and the atmosphere in the treatment rooms was totally relaxing. The spa treatments that we had were fabulous. I had a mini eye treatment and my friend had a mini facial which made us both feel really good. |
