    Friendly
The staff at the spa and the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. I had a lovely time the only thing I would say was that the room I stayed in was not very clean. I found crisps on the floor and there was not even a tea spoon for the tea in the room. Other than that it was a fantastic trip.

    relaxing, quiet and loverly
The staff all very pleasent and helpful. The hotel on loverly grounds. A pity you had to exit the hotel to enter the spa and pool facilities. The room was located in a part of the old original building which was quaint although a little drauft from the windows which can be expected from wooden windows. Only a ten minute drive to the town center. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experiance!

    It was okay
It was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there was no way to get to the spa other than to leave the hotel and it was cold and very slippy - I'm just glad it wasn't raining! Also, there were no robes as the washing machine was broken. The hotel also didnt seem to know much about the spa package we had booked.
