The staff at the spa and the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. I had a lovely time the only thing I would say was that the room I stayed in was not very clean. I found crisps on the floor and there was not even a tea spoon for the tea in the room. Other than that it was a fantastic trip.

The staff all very pleasent and helpful. The hotel on loverly grounds. A pity you had to exit the hotel to enter the spa and pool facilities. The room was located in a part of the old original building which was quaint although a little drauft from the windows which can be expected from wooden windows. Only a ten minute drive to the town center. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experiance!Guest Rating -

It was clean and the staff were friendly. However, there was no way to get to the spa other than to leave the hotel and it was cold and very slippy - I'm just glad it wasn't raining!Also, there were no robes as the washing machine was broken.The hotel also didnt seem to know much about the spa package we had booked.Guest Rating
