Wonderful relaxing experienced The mother and daughter package was a beautiful relaxing quality time for both of us. With time to enjoy the leisure facilities in the morning followed by an excellent light lunch, we then spent the afternoon having wonderful treatments. The massage takes place on a heated hydrotherapy bed, something neither of us had experienced before. It was truly beautiful, a far better experience wither of us has had at other spas in the area. The ambience of the spa again is lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the furry robes they provided had seen better days - but they were OK. And it certainly didn\'t affect our day! good relaxing session The Spa is lovely but some of the things let it down e.g. the relaxing room could be made quieter by both staff and guests observing Spa rules for relaxing rooms by not talking loudly, closing doors quietly and generally not making noise.The choice offered at lunch could be wider. Bliss in Cheshire I live locally and decided to treat a client to a relaxing Supreme Pamper day as a pre Christmas treat. The lunch was fantastic and can be served in either the restaurant or spa. We then went on to have our treatments which were Espa, we have a body scrub, full body massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. We came out of there on cloud nine! Relaxing, Pampered, Peaceful My friend and I had a wonderfully relaxing day at Cottons Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful. My facial was honestly the best one I have ever had and my friend said the same about her back massage! Our lunch of chicken caeser salad was delicious and I would recommend it. My only criticism would be the changing facilities. These were very small with approximately 12 lockers and one shower at the end. If you went in the shower you had to lock the main door so no one else could get in otherwise if the door was opened you would have been exposed to anyone walking past in the corridor! Great relaxing day out All staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. The relaxation area was very comfortable with a range of complimentary drinks on offer. The outdoor whirlpool spa was amazing even in November! Treatments were very good and the therapist friendly. A light lunch was also provided on my mini pamper day this was very tasty and of god quality. All in all a fantastic way to spend the day. Totally Pampered I visited the Cottons Hotel and Spa today and had a really lovely day. I had booked a mini spa day and spent the morning swimming and then chilling out in the Jacuzzi and sauna. This was followed by a light lunch of my choice, which was fresh and delicious. I then went for my treatments, which are included in the mini spa day and what a treat it was! A relaxing back massage followed by a facial that included a head massage. Jenny, who did all my treatments, was absolutely fabulous and I can\'t recommend her highly enough, thank you Jenny! Finally I had my nails done and relaxed in the relaxation suite for an hour, bliss! I went on my own and loved every minute of it - I\'ll definitely go back - maybe even invite a few friends along! Spa visit Had a lovely day at the cottons hall spa. The staff were friendly and polite, service was excellent and timings were perfect. The facilities and lunch were second to none and the treatments fantastic. I can thoroughly recommend a day here as my fianc�e and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the whole relaxing experience.
