Wonderfully Relaxing Day We really have enjoyed ourselves there with the Lovers Pamper Package. The spa lunch was excellent. The facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. |

Wow! Such luxury I went with a friend for my 40th birthday and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The lunch was outstanding with lots of delicious courses to try. The pool area was a great place to relax or read a book in between treatments and the sauna or steam room. I also had one of the best massages I\'ve every had. All the knots and tension was massaged out of my stiff shoulders. Truly an amazing way to relax for the day. |

Lovely and relaxing My husband and I visited the Four Pillars Hotel Spa and both received lovely treatments. I had the back massage which was great, very thorough and much needed, which made me feel so much better the next day. I had a pedicure which 10 days on is still looking great. My other treatment was a facial, not knowing what to expect from this I have to say it was a lovely experience and one I will definitely be repeating in the future. My husband had the back massage which he said was great, followed by an Indian head massage which he raved about and finally a facial, which wasn\'t something he would have chosen but we had booked a package, however he said it was great. I would fully recommend the Four Pillars Spa. |

Great Mother Daughter Day! I took my mum on this spa day as a mothers day present and it didn\'t disappoint. The treatments were very relaxing and a great pamper treat. The light lunch was actually huge, but very nice. You do have to walk through the hotel bit to get to where the lunch is served. This didn\'t bother us but if you are shy then that may be a factor. The pool was small but lovely with lots of different jets and showers which were on timers. As an addition to the day we then bought dinner there, which was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend. |

Ticks all the boxes! A great location, excellent facilities and lovely staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our spa relaxation day at Cotswold Four Pillars, however, I would like to make a couple of observations to improve the overall experience. The Relaxation room was filled with ladies who were clearly using it to sleep and on two occasions during the day my party of three were unable to use it. Also, the location of the refreshments & lunch meant that we had to walk some distance through the Conference area into the hotel in our bathrobes for lunch and refreshments throughout the day. It would be more comfortable if these facilities could be provided nearer the Spa itself if possible (e.g. I noticed two syndicate rooms used by the Conference suite which were directly next to the Spa which could be adapted). I hope this feedback is helpful and I look forward to another Spa day in the near future |

Relaxation to the max A lovely day out, I was looked after from start to finish. I had the supreme package so was having treatments for most of the day although I did get half an hour in the pool. Lunch was fantastic and far more than I could eat. The staff were very professional and friendly. The Indian head message sent me to sleep as I was so relaxed. Would thoroughly recommend the day. |

Lush but not perfect We (3 of us) arrived for a Pamper Day to find no one at reception. A bar man (Seb) gladly helped us when asked after a 10min wait. A lady then appeared & advised our appointments - changed from our booking, meaning 1 of us would be alone for around 2 hrs of the days. When I remarked on this, she did change things so no one would be alone for more than 15-30 mins. We then were short on robes because laundry was not done- that was sorted 1hr hour or so later. The pool is open to hotel guest (Inc kids) and not a chill zone- only 4 loungers, and there were min 15 people who were there for \'relaxing\' spa days. Treatments were great, though the walls are paper thin and it was annoying to have a chatter next door when trying to bliss out with a facial or massage. Lunch was lovely, despite the lettuce core in my salad- Bruno was great. Nothing horrendous but a definite lack of attention to detail. |

OK NOT GREAT! Unfortunately this spa is let down by the fact that the only swimming pool, for this enormous hotel and convention centre, is very small and is shared by everyone - therefore the pool is packed with children before 10am and after 3pm. If you are intending for your spa visit to be one of relaxation don\'t go! On the plus side the lunch that was included in the day package was excellent and between 10am and 3pm the pool, steam room and sauna were lovely. The pool temperature was a bit cool so don\'t be fooled into expecting the massage jets - which are within the pool - to be warm! The treatments were good on the whole although one of my party of four who had the last pedicure of the day was not given a pedicure - just had her toenails painted - being a spa novice she did not know that this was not actually a pedicure so did not complain at the time. I would not go back to this spa. |

Fantastic Experience I took my mum for the Mother and Daughter Spa Day and neither of us could find fault with any part of the day. From our point of arrival thru to our departure we were made to feel special. The welcome set the mood for the whole day. The staff could not do enough for us, even when we were just walking up the stairs carrying our day bag a member of staff offered to help! In the Spa my mother wanted to change a £10 for smaller change and asked where she could do that, the therapist took the note and got it changed for her! Our treatments were heavenly and come highly recommended. We had a facial, manicure, massage, dry flotation and rasul (mud treatment).... It's been over a week and my nails still look great, no chips! Our lunch was divine, we could not believe it was all for us!! During the day I made a brief stop in the gym, it seemed to have all that you would require for a good work out. The setting / ambience of the Spa was very relaxing and soothing. Very low lighting and quiet. The massage beds were heated and the treatment rooms were softly lit by candle light... You were transported into another world for the day. Would not hesitate to recommend The Four Pillars and hope everyone has the same experience as we did |

Perfect Day My daughter treated me to a Mother and Daughter Spa Day. I have never been to a Spa before and was quite nervous. However, my nerves were removed the minute we arrived at the Spa reception desk and were greeted by Eva, she was so welcoming and delightful. From the moment I put on my slipers and robe and entered into the whole Spa experience my day just continued to get better. The staff, Spa, treatments, facilities, food and overall experience were all perfect. I had a wonderful day, one I will not forget. Thank you. |
