Relaxing but We stayed over mother\'s day weekend, the spa staff themselves and the treatments were fantastic. The hotel and Normanton Inn staff not so, I ordered a glass of water with my meal which never arrvied, we were told to go to the wrong place for breakfast, we weren\'t given our robes as we should of been. The room was on the front, very close to the road which turned out to be very busy in the early hours of the morning, and it was very hot in the rooms without our radiator on. The quality of the food was excellent and the spa itself was lovely. Would use spa seekers again but wouldn\'t go back to this hotel again. |

Really wonderful day I took my friend to Clumber Park as a treat for her 40th birthday and we had a really lovely day. The Spa is quite small and intimate so there wasn\'t a feeling of \'the cattle market\' that you get at some of the large purpose built day Spa\'s. The facilities are lovely and the staff very friendly and engaging. The back neck and shoulder massage I had was one of the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this Spa and go back again myself. |

An excellent day My husband and I booked in for a dual massage while staying at the hotel overnight. We both felt great after the massage and it was cool to be able to chat to each other whilst being treated. The room was very clean and smelled lovely. We also used the pool, sauna and whirlpool bath which was very clean and modern. My husband disappeared for a while and I found him in the gym (very unlike him) riding a bike which was also hooked up to a screen - he was mountain biking over the rough terrain of the Alps! We would highly recommend the hotel and the spa and its staff who were very helpful (particularly Gemma who booked our treatments) and we will definitely be booking in there again soon! |

Indulgent joy I booked in for the ‘mother to be’ nurturing treatment while attending a Spa day with friends. The girl who did my treatment was very approachable and gentle and was very good at answering the many questions I had. I was immediately put at ease and truly enjoyed my massage. We spent the rest of the day lounging by the pool and even tried the outdoor hot tub – even though the whole area was surrounded in 3 inches of snow. The spa in general was very clean and the lunch in the Benton box (?) was delicious. The sauna was too hot for my liking but all round, a great experience which I am looking forward to doing again. The only slightly negative thing I could say was I wish they had facemasks for sale – maybe a tip for the future? |

Lovely! I have used many Spa places in my time but do have to commend the staff at the Clumber Park Hotel and Spa. I booked in for a succession of treatments – a deep tissue massage, a facial, a manicure, pedicure and a St Tropez. All were performed in quick succession and nothing was too much trouble for the girls in the Spa. I was so impressed, I spent almost as much again on the product selections (mainly Elemis) as they had some amazing deals on.I look forward to my next visit which will be soon! |
