The best spa day ever! I visited this spa yesterday,I went by my self for the day and from the moment I walked in I was made to feel very welcome. Once I had been given a fresh coffee and given my lunch order, I changed into my swim wear, a fluffy robe and went into the hot tub, there I had champagne and chocolates. I felt so refreshed and clean. Around 11am I had my body treatments, which included a back massage and a Thalgo purity ritual facial. My therapist introduced her self as Helen,she made me feel at ease. The massage was lovely as Helen worked on my tension areas throughout my massage and worked on my skin concerns within my facial as we had discussed. A hand and head massage was included, bliss! That was followed by a pedicure, where organic limes were used. After my lunch I relaxed in the tranquility lounge, tea and coffee is also provided in there. I didn\'t want to leave! I will definitely be returning. Thank you x |

Excellent My friend and I went for the day to the CHILL OUT SPA in Knowlsey Hall, Liverpool. It really was a lovely day and very much a chill out time. It was mid week so was quiet and plenty of beds/chairs to lounge on. The treatments (back/neck massage, facial, manicure and hot tub) were fantastic and to be fair, having been to many spa\'s before the best value for money and best treatment. The staff are fantastic and make sure your day is special. Nothing is too much trouble. On the down side, we had lunch included, this was only a jacket potato and a filling, which was disappointing in choice only, as the meal was good in itself. There are plenty of refreshments, but not enough clean cups. The only other thing that we did not like was that the changing rooms are a long way from the toilets and I would have liked the room to include a shower room and toilets.Go, it\'s well worth a visit. |

Great relaxing day out My partner bought me a gift voucher for a Deluxe Pamper day. I chose the Chill out Spa in Liverpool. The venue was beautiful, very clean, modern facilities set in a stately home, the staff were extremely helpful and the treatments were wonderful; particularly the massage and the Jacuzzi. A really nice lunch was also included in the package. The only disappointment was that the pedicure included in the pamper day was an \'express\' pedicure basically file and polish and I would have preferred a full one. However that was not the fault of the chill out Spa. Overall a fantastic day, I would certainly recommend it and I will definitely go back. |

CHILLED INDEED! I was in real need of a Chill Out and had such a wonderful couple of hours. I had the Hot Stone Ritual and a Facial - absolutely heavenly. The spa is beautiful and in wonderful surroundings - you could be anywhere in the world. I was so chilled that when I got home, I sat and read instead of doing any housework and spoiling the effect! |

fab Helpful friendly staff, fantastic treatments. Chose supreme pamper day,full body exfoliation, full body massage, facial, hot tub, pedicure and express manicure. excellent value for money.The spa is beautifully decorated and very tranquil. My friend and i were very satisfied and would definately return.Enjoyed whole experience although lunch menu rather limited. Did not like tesco shower gel in treatment showers, some fresh fruit would have been nice in tranquility room.Overall a great day and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. |

Total Luxury Experience I can't recommend this spa enough. It is the best I have visited in years - the location is just beautiful, you're relaxed before you even get to the spa! All the staff were attentive, so helpful and lovely that we felt immediately at ease. The spa itself is far bigger than we had expected, and our treatment rooms were gorgeous. So much effort has gone into making this place an exclusive destination, and it gets top marks in all categories - we didn't want to leave!! Our treatments were just dreamy, and we topped it off with a gorgeous manicure and went home feeling a million dollars and totally relaxed. Absolutely wonderful, thank you for a truly special day. |
