The hotel has 66 bedrooms and 14 stylish suites, all individually designed and beautifully furnished with the finest fabrics. Each room is unique, and the decor and furnishings reflect the hotel's emphasis on combining comfort with elegance.
All rooms have air conditioning and either king- or queen-sized beds and are appointed with all the amenities expected from a luxury hotel.

The Grosvenor gym is bijou in size but equipped with everything you need for a full body workout including rowing machine, exercise bikes, treadmills, free weights and work bench. Time Out
Built in 1865, The Chester Grosvenor and Spa is located in the heart of Chester, a unique Roman walled city with a history that spans 2000 years. The Roman city walls still survive and provide an excellent way of exploring Chester on foot, passing the beautiful Gothic Cathedral and the largest Roman amphitheatre in Britain. Boat cruises are available on the River Dee during the summer and Chester Racecourse, the oldest in the country, is a two minute walk away.
Chester offers superb shopping facilities, and the unique medieval two-tier shopping galleries, rows provide double the shopping opportunities. If the choice in Chester is not enough, the serious shopper can venture to the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet, Europe's largest outlet.
Cheshire's gardens are renowned - Visit grand stately homes and ancient manor houses and their superb gardens. The Chester Grosvenor and Spa is the ideal base from which to explore this famously green-fingered county.
Cuisine
The Arkle offers contemporary dining in an atmosphere of supreme elegance and features one of the most extensive wine cellars in England. The Arkle has also retained its Michelin star for the 16th consecutive year. La Brasserie has a more relaxed, Parisian-style atmosphere - an informal restaurant where you can enjoy coffee or stay for a leisurely meal. The Library is a comfortable lounge area of understated elegance that serves morning coffee, light lunches and features a traditional afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks and cocktails in the evening.
