Could not have been more helpful! Everyone there was polite and friendly at all times, they made us feel really comfortable! The spa was beautiful and you could not help but relax and enjoy it. We had the inclusive treatment and then bought another one and the girls that did the treatments (Lucy and Danielle) were amazing and went out of their way to make you feel at ease! My only questions is when can I go back? Brilliant! |

Amazing! My visit to Chessgrove was amazing from start to finish. I arrived and was shown into the bistro area and immediately offered a drink, I relaxed with my cappuccino and filled out a client card. Once finished I was shown into the changing rooms and given my locker. A robe and slippers were supplied and there were ample amount of towels throughout the Spa including a huge fluffy one in my locker. The receptionist showed me around the Spa and was very helpful explaining all the different areas and which bottoms to press in the hot tub and the pool. I was then left to my own devices having been told my therapist would come and find me at 11 for my treatment. I spent the next hour relaxing in the pool, spa, sauna & steam and even braved the outside spa, which was lovely and hot on a cold day and an amazing experience! The staff in the Spa were all extremely friendly and professional. |

Fabulous treatments I had a fabulous day when I came to Chessgrove Day Spa, was not disturbed the whole time I was there and found lots of places to chill and relax. I had a very relaxing lava shell massage, the heat and the pressure was amazing and was not in a fit state to talk to anyone after that so was glad to have the relaxation area around the hydro pool to sit and do nothing. The standard of the facilities is first class as well as the attention to detail around the spa. I lost a very heavenly few hours there in the spa and can not wait to return. |
