Fantastic Experience I took my Mom on a mother and daughter spa day at the Chesford Grange Hotel and Spa for her 50th birthday. The hotel and spa was easy to find, when we arrived the reception was polite and helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Our greeting at the spa reception was also very polite and warm. We were given flip flops, robes and towels and were asked to choose from a set menu of what we wanted to our included lunch. There was lots to choose from the menu and we were very impressed. The sauna and swimming pool were very nice and clean, our lunch (I had a chicken sandwich) was very filling! The service at the bar was wonderful, they had reserved a table for us and when we asked if we could move outside as the weather was nice they were more than accommodating. When we had our treatments of a back and neck massage, facial and pedicure, the beauticians were wonderful and it was very calming. A* spa! Clean, friendly, unassuming A very enjoyable day. Particularly loved the outdoor Jacuzzi. Only complaint was having to walk outside to get to restaurant wearing robe and then sharing restaurant with fully dressed hotel guests so feeling rather underdressed and awkward. A reasonable day The treatments and service was good and my daughter and I felt pampered, we didn\'t arrive till late. Lunch was lovely but a restricted menu. After treatments we left at 5pm. In the spa we were offered numerous drinks of coffee but no water! Saying that we enjoyed our experience.
