Primarily centred on Thai spa culture, SenSpa places its emphasis on the inner healing and balance if the mind, body and spirit rather than external cosmetic beauty. This whole concept is further enhanced by the use of natural organic products, which contribute to the whole well-being of guests.
Each of our spa days include activities designed to inspire and pamper. Enjoy a delicious two course lunch served in the Zen Garden Restaurant, a mind body class, full use of the state-of-the-art hydrotherapy complex and world class spa treatments. Spa Breaks include all of the above plus breakfast and dinner in the award winning two rosette Manor Restaurant.
Our experienced therapists will ensure that each treatment you choose will be delivered to the highest of standards. Treatments range from relaxing to replenishing to invigorating depending on what you would like.
We offer a range of massages and facials for both men and women, plus we also offer some more indulgent treatments such as our Pure Spa treatments.
With the Saboo Pure Spa treatment, exotic black olive soap is applied all over your body to cleanse, heal and protect the skin. Then warm Vichy water jets are directed along your spine. This is followed by a relaxing mud massage using Rhassoul mud from Morocco, known for its purifying and exfoliating properties. The treatment is completed with a massage using the finest oils including jojoba and evening primrose.
The SenSpa complex has relaxation and quiet rooms for you to enjoy and soft music is played during your treatment to help relax your mind as well as your body.
Exercise & Activities
For those guests who would like a more active experience SenSpa also offers a health and fitness suite. Our facilities include a fully equipped gym with an experienced fitness team on hand if you need any help or advice. We also have an ozone treated swimming pool which looks very inviting in the evenings under the twinkling lights of the star scape.
