  Lovely day
  Overall we had a lovely day, the lunch was really nice although there was only the two of us in the restaurant! The downside to our spa day was there was no separate spa outdoor seating from the pool area. We had to sit outside the bar in our dressing gowns with all the golfers if we didn't want to get changed between treatments, we also had to change for lunch as well. We were also only shown the relaxation room after our first treatment which would have been nice on arrival instead of 2 or 3 hours into our day. The final treatment manicure or pedicure was only a file and polish and only lasted 15 or so minutes rather than the suggested 30 minutes.The treatments were very good and the staff were very friendly however I would recommend the spa for one off treatments rather than a spa day.

  Fantastic Christmas Experience
  I arranged for a pamper day for myself and my girlfriend as a christmas present and we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable time. From the minute we arrived we we're very well looked after, and the treatments we had were all fantastic! The staff we're very friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere of both the spa and the hotel was fantastic. Along with the spa treatments we were able to use the swimming pool/sauna/steam room at any point in our stay and all were fantastic. The only regret we have is not staying longer!We can't wait to go back, hopefully when there's not as much snow so we can explore the area or experience the golf course!All in all the perfect spa experience and we couldn't recommend it highly enough!

  One of the best christmas gifts ever!
  This was a christmas present to my girlfriend, we both took part in the spa day and stayed over night in the hotel. The staff that provided our treatements in the Spa were very welcoming and it was some of the best service I have ever had in a hotel.I had a back neck and shoulder massage, facial and scalp massage. The treatments were so relaxing I actually feel alseep in my facial and scalp massage. I also like the addition of the traquil room, it was very nice to have been able to stay in a relaxed area after treatment, it was like you were in a completely different world. The restaurant at night had a very nice relax ambiance to it and the food was of a very high standard. The only thing I would say was that I would have prefered to pick my evening meal in the restaurant and not in the lounge. The room was very nice, especially the huge shower it had, very clean and also prepared to a very high standard. Overall we thrurely enjoyed our visit and hope to be back in the near future.

  Extreme Pampering
  Went on the spaseekers supreme pamperday that included the most treatments possible! Took my daughter for a treat as we never get time together anymore what with her being at uni. As soon as we got there we were made to feel relaxed and shown around the spa. Treatments were everything i had expected and i have recommended this spa to friends.
