relaxing & enjoyable
Arrived to find a beautiful spa in scenic surroundings. The service of the staff was good, as were the treatments. Cleanliness & condition good - except the ladies changing rooms only had one working shower & all the lockers were already in use so we had to use the men's changing rooms which were very compact! Liked the tranquil atmosphere best & the changing areas least. We were satisfied overall & would love to return.

We loved Brooklands!
6 of us booked a weekend spa day at Brooklands - it is set in some lovely countryside. Treatment times had been organised and extras were catered for. All treatments were on time and each carried out by some great therapists. Lunch in the dining room was sufficient for the price we paid and the relaxation area by the pool was heavenly. We would all return again!!!!!!! Thankyou

Simply fantastic
This was a brilliant experience from beginning to end. The food was delicious, the treatments excellent and my friend and I (who have been to Brooklands 6 times Before) said that this was our best ever weekend break.

Birthday treat for mum.
I arranged to take my mum with my sister to Brooklands as a Birthday treat. When we arrived it turned out that even though we were one of the last to arrive, two of us were given the first appointments, which meant we had to rush, and I was given the slot just before lunch, which had to be on time. As Brooklands does not give the staff a few minutes between appointments, they ended up running behind. Therefore I ended up being quite distressed that I would be late or miss lunch due to this. I had to speak to the manager, who arranged for a later lunch for me and my family, which caused me great distress! I went for a relaxing day, and was very upset by this. I was then given a longer facial, which I did appreciate, but this then put other people's appointments out, which then upset me too. The changing rooms were badly set up, as too many people needed to get changed, and we had to get an extension lead to be able to plug in our straighteners and as it was in the changing room area, it was a very hot and uncomfortable process. I would say it was a shame, and if it had not been as busy, and was better organised I think it would have been a lovely day.
