nice but picture are not what it looks like My boyfriend got us the to you with love spa day here, it was a vert nice place and the area was also nice.I would state that if you are a loud speaker and a little bit of a chatter then here is not the place for you, you feel then need that you are being looked at if you speak over a certain level. The spa its self is very nice but a little back dated to what the pictures look like. we both also found that it was full of people who clearly think that they are above everyone and I felt looked down on a few times throughout our day. There is also classes in the pool which states you are aloud to join in with but we got told we had 10 min then we had to be out of the pool. overall was a very nice day but wouldnt be going there in a hurry unless they changed the attitude of the poeple there and had an update in facilties. |

Girlie spa days On arrival at the hotel it was very unorganised. We were told that our room was not ready, and when we returned at 3pm it was still not ready. The receptionist didn't seem to be aware of what package we had paid for and what we needed to pay for!! We presumed that we would be shown around the hotel/spa facilities but we were just left to our own devices. There were 3 of us but we were only given 2 robes and were told we would have to wait until the next day for another one!! It all seemed rather unorganised. However, on a plus side the room was very nice and spacious and the meals were excellent. Wouldn't go back here again as felt more like a hotel stay rather than a couple of days at a spa. |

Amazing treatments, mediocre facillities Highlights of our visit were the treatments, especially the facials - probably the best treatment experience ever. The food throughout our stay was also excellent, particularly the three course dinner, although it was a shame that the dining room was rather chilly.The disappointing aspects were the limited and rather tired spa facilities: the gym was very small and run-down and the pool area small and cold. The only additions to this were a small jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. These were perfectly functional, but a little on the small side. Our bedroom was very small and also very cold. Fortunately the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and were more than happy to track down a fan heater to make us a bit more comfortable. The final point to make is that the noise from Brands Hatch is extremely loud. OK once you\'re inside with the windows shut, but I would be wary of visiting in warmer weather when windows might need to be opened...All in all, I don\'t think we would go back and wouldn\'t really recommend it to others, unless you need somewhere to stay because you are going to an event at Brands Hatch! |

A 'must try' experience. It was fantastic to be so well looked after, especially as the experience was only days before my sisters wedding. We were both very relaxed by the time the big day came. The quality of treatments were fantastic, it was just a shame that they went by so quickly. Unfortunately the pool looked like it needed repairing in places but overall the facility was beautiful and so quiet. I would definately recommend it and would love to go again. |

How to Relax!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our day at the Spa. From the beginning to the end of the day we were treated very well by very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Everything was explained to us at the start and we were given a tour of the facilities which were spotless and very calming. We were given an itinerary and the timings for the treatments ran to time which was very good. The lunch was also very good (too good!) We really couldn't fault either the staff, venue, treatments or facilities and came away feeling very relaxed. The day was so much better than we had expected. We would definitely go back and would recommend the spa and spaseekers.com to our friends. |
