    Fantastic experience
Took my wife here for a Mother's Day treat and had a fantastic time. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful both in the Spa and in the restaurant. The Food in the restaurant was exceptional and very good value as it was included in the package. The spa needed a bit more attention to detail in its upkeep but on the whole was adequate, however the professionalism of the staff made up for this. The treatments were exceptional as were the staff suppling them.Overall a fantastic experience and we would definately recommend this experience to others and will be making a return visit asap.

    Pretty good spa
The spa treatments at the Brandon were very good - especially the facial - although, they weren't as described, the perscription facial was just a facial / face massage and the manicure was a file and polish. The relaxation room was nice to use in between treatments although a relaxer type chair would have been better than the chair and stool. The pool was lovely and the steam and sauna were nice but the lack of a jacuzzi was a dissapointment. Lunch was love (although large!) and the room was very nice. Apparently they feel having wine during the spa day is a bad idea so you only get water!!!Overall the day was nice but could do with a few changes to make it nicer.

    Fantastic day with my friend
The day that I spent at Brandon Hall was fantastic, both me and my friend absolutely enjoyed ourselves. We arrived late on the day but this was no problem for the spa they where still able to order our lunch for us, they were very helpful. The lady then showed us around the spa and pointed out all the facilities that were available on the day. Whilst at Brandon Hall we used both the Sauna and Steam room and found that both rooms where very clean you could not fault them, they were also very spacious. When going for our lunch the dining staff were very friendly sat us at our table and were consistently checking if we were ok and if our lunch was ok, I must say the portion sizes were very generous so much so we couldn;t manage pudding. When having our treatments the ladies were very nice and helpful, the massage was very enjoyable and I could have stayed there all day. Overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing day with no urgency to rush at all. A defnate reccommendation to anyone needing a day of relaxation and gigles.
