Relaxing, friendly and perfect This spa day was bought for me and my mother as a present off my partner. On arrival we were given robes, slippers and towels and shown around. We then went into the pool area where there was a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, everywhere was clean and tidy and all staff friendly. As I was 8 months pregnant at the time of my visit, I was unable to use a lot of the facilities. We had lunch before our treatments which was included in our package and was delicious. Our overall day was perfect just what we wanted. I would recommend your spa to friends and family and hope to return again. Thanks all for making our day! |

Totally relaxing experience Over the past year I have had several treatments at this spa and have always found it a very relaxing experience. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I have had several different treatments ranging from facials to pedicures and these have been done by a beautician named Leigh. She is always very chatty and willing to answer any questions I may have regarding the treatment. The beauty rooms are clean and tidy and the dimmed lights and soft music all help with the relaxation. I always come away feeling totally pampered and looking forward to my next visit. |

Best experience ever Myself and two of my friends came to st. Mellons Hotel for a spa day. we have been on many spa days and this one was by far the best. The treatments were fantastic very relaxing, the facilities were excellent, the food was superb, and the therapists Leigh and Melanie were very friendly and made our day that extra special. I would definitely recommend this hotel and spa to any one that’s looking for that perfect spa day. We will definitely be coming back. |

A lovely, relaxing day. As a last minute birthday treat I booked myself and my boyfriend into the St. Mellons spa for a day of pampering. The Spa manager Melanie Knock could not have been more accommodating and helpful and fitted us in for exactly what we wanted -even though I was still changing my mind on the morning! After working in the beauty industry for nearly 10 years myself I am always grateful for any pampering, but this was truly wonderful with a very high standard of treatments and great customer service. |
