Q. What's your philosophy on 'Wellness' and what do you do to encourage this?
A. Our philosophy is 'First we slow your world down and then we revolve it around you.' For some 30 minutes is all they have to spare for themselves and others really embrace the fact that out of 168 hours per week (24x7) they should really put some time aside for themselves. Make us your guiltless pleasure.
Q. Do you have a 'Signature Treatment'?
A. The Spa at Barnham Broom has a variety of signature treatments but to be a truly Signature treatment it must reflect the individuals personal requirements. We therefore aim to give you a "wow" experience with all our treatments and make them truly Signature for you.
Q. Have you won any awards?
A. The Spa at Barnham Broom has great ambitions and would love to be nominated for awards by our customers. When you find yourself coming back we will have won the greatest award, your recommendation.
Q. Describe the interiors of your bedrooms or treatment rooms and how they were inspired?
A. Large Candle lit treatment rooms with en suite facilities, under floor heating along with Extra wide couches and individual manicure stations. Each room is simply decorated in a mixture of browns and creams. Practicality and space was the driving force behind the design with full disabled access with the entire Spa on one level.
Q. How would you cater for different dietary requirements?
A. We will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements but would ask for prior notice so we can consult with our chefs.

Lovely, relaxing day We started the day with a tour of the hotel. The gym facilities were good. The pool area was excellent with a nice Jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Shower and changing rooms were of a high standard with lovely Moulton Brown shampoo and shower gel in the showers. Lunch and Pimms were included and we enjoyed relaxing and chatting on the comfortable sofas in the bar. After lunch we had a treatment - full body massage which was very relaxing. The treatment rooms were of a high standard with electric massage beds.We had a lovely day and would definitely go again. |

Great Spa We stayed in April at Barnham Broom. The Spa itself was great, the treatments are good value for money and my spa lady was super professional and had excellent service. Some of the other spa workers were not as good however. The hotel itself was fine, great bar staff and good atmosphere. The rooms were a little small and the shower leaked and was not a power shower as advertised. I would ask at reception if they have any groups staying and ask to have a room away from them if possible, we had noise through the ceilings and doors until 5am from two rowdy middle aged golfing groups. The outside areas had a major wasp problem which something needs to be done about. All in all though a great spa and nice hotel. |

Pure relaxation From when we arrived to when we left we were pampered. The hotel rooms were fantastic, comfortable and spacious. The grounds were beautiful, we had a picnic when we arrived in the sun which was a lovely start, followed by use of the leisure facilities, then our treatments- facial, back massage and nails. Dinner was in the restaurant and was deluxe and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly as were they for our full breakfast in the morning before our departure. By far the nicest spa experience I have ever had. |

Enjoyable I took my 83 year old mother to the Spa for a one night stay. We found the spa very clean and quite peaceful. The staff were very helpful in assisting us to arrange our appointments to suit our schedule. My mother very much enjoyed her treatments, mini pedicure, mini facial and back and shoulder massage. I enjoyed my treatments, mini manicure, mini facial and back and shoulder massage, but I felt that the therapist for the manicure and facial was not as good as the therapist who carried out the massage. |

Soooo relaxing My friend and I had a fantastic day at Barnham Broom. The staff in the spa and the hotel were very helpful, and knew what we wanted before we did! The treatments were wonderful and the facilities good, apart from the swimming pool, which was just ok, but it did not matter too much because I do not swim! I would highly recommend the treatments, the beauticians were friendly and professional. |

Wonderful Time IWent here with my mother as an early Christmas present for the \"mother and daughter spa day\". After getting a bit stressed out from getting lost on the way, we found the spa all the more relaxing. We did think that the changing rooms could have been a bit warmer, but to be fair they were only temporary as the others were being done up at the time. The pool was great, but I advise you take a book or magazine with you as they do not provide! The lunch was fantastic and the treatments were brilliant, especially the massage I loved. Staff were very friendly and I would love to return. |

How relaxing! IHad a mini pamper day on my own. I checked in and was given a very thorough tour of the building, everything was explained to me. I was given a lovely robe and slippers, which I unfortunately couldn’t wear as I was not prepared to sit and have a drink in the bar area with these on, or walk through the bar area in these when it was time for my treatments. The pool area was lovely and quiet. I didn’t\' use the gym. The sauna was nice, but the steam room was closed and there was no Jacuzzi. Lunch was lovely. Staff were very pleasant. I feel it would be nice if you could sit and get a hot drink in the pool area, meaning you do not have to change back into your clothes. My treatments were very good, I had a back & neck massage, facial and manicure and felt very relaxed after, this was all very professional but in a friendly manner, the best treatments I have had! |

Ideal treat for couples Had some initial booking confusion and would recommend booking everything early. The Spa was immaculate, comfortable, very clean and had an excellent Bose sound system. Normally the treatments are fixed but we were allowed to swap the Pedicure for a Scalp Massage. All treatments were excellent. The massage was firm enough to ease the muscles, yet so relaxing we both woke ourselves snoring! The facial was superb. Several care products were used and explained and it certainly felt rejuvenating and we both glowed afterwards. After treatment we had a tour before lunch. Lunch was basic but enjoyable. We made good use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool and felt too relaxed and lazy to use the gym. The whirlpool/ pool were a little too cool for our liking. We left feeling totally relaxed and pampered and we would fully recommend the Barnham Broom and Spaseekers. |
