Relaxed and Friendly We had a Spa Break bought as a present and have to say it was a real treat. The booking staff on the phone were really helpful and efficient, we thought it was going to be one of these \"hard sell calls\" but it wasn\'t. The room we had was not overly big but very clean and comfortable. Our massage was booked late afternoon and was the best back massage we have ever had and we have had a few believe me. The staff and facilities in the Spa were of a very high standard, easily on a par with much more expensive Spas. Dinner was a relaxed affair in the sports bar as we were so chilled out after the massage we couldn\'t do with dressing for dinner. The food was good value and well presented. In all, an excellent venue and we will be using SpaSeekers again. |

Totally relaxing experience We arrived and the spa smelt gorgeous and a lovely lady sorted us out. We were then taken on a brief tour and given some dressing gowns and slippers. We were a little dissapointed that the leisure facilities were not together with the spa and had to walk through the sports bar in dressing gowns! We were both taken into a seperate room for our treatments, it was pure bliss! Dark room lit with candles and soft relaxing music. Massage, facial, manicure and pedicure were really magical. After we came out feeling totally relaxed and were able to go and have a really lovely lunch in the sports bar which was included. We even sat in our dressing gowns as we were totally relaxed and really did not care! A great experience, just need to save to go again! |

Lovely, relaxing day We started the day with a tour of the hotel. The gym facilities were good. The pool area was excellent with a nice Jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Shower and changing rooms were of a high standard with lovely Moulton Brown shampoo and shower gel in the showers. Lunch and Pimms were included and we enjoyed relaxing and chatting on the comfortable sofas in the bar. After lunch we had a treatment - full body massage which was very relaxing. The treatment rooms were of a high standard with electric massage beds.We had a lovely day and would definitely go again. |

Great Spa We stayed in April at Barnham Broom. The Spa itself was great, the treatments are good value for money and my spa lady was super professional and had excellent service. Some of the other spa workers were not as good however. The hotel itself was fine, great bar staff and good atmosphere. The rooms were a little small and the shower leaked and was not a power shower as advertised. I would ask at reception if they have any groups staying and ask to have a room away from them if possible, we had noise through the ceilings and doors until 5am from two rowdy middle aged golfing groups. The outside areas had a major wasp problem which something needs to be done about. All in all though a great spa and nice hotel. |

Pure relaxation From when we arrived to when we left we were pampered. The hotel rooms were fantastic, comfortable and spacious. The grounds were beautiful, we had a picnic when we arrived in the sun which was a lovely start, followed by use of the leisure facilities, then our treatments- facial, back massage and nails. Dinner was in the restaurant and was deluxe and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly as were they for our full breakfast in the morning before our departure. By far the nicest spa experience I have ever had. |

Enjoyable I took my 83 year old mother to the Spa for a one night stay. We found the spa very clean and quite peaceful. The staff were very helpful in assisting us to arrange our appointments to suit our schedule. My mother very much enjoyed her treatments, mini pedicure, mini facial and back and shoulder massage. I enjoyed my treatments, mini manicure, mini facial and back and shoulder massage, but I felt that the therapist for the manicure and facial was not as good as the therapist who carried out the massage. |

Soooo relaxing My friend and I had a fantastic day at Barnham Broom. The staff in the spa and the hotel were very helpful, and knew what we wanted before we did! The treatments were wonderful and the facilities good, apart from the swimming pool, which was just ok, but it did not matter too much because I do not swim! I would highly recommend the treatments, the beauticians were friendly and professional. |

Wonderful Time IWent here with my mother as an early Christmas present for the \"mother and daughter spa day\". After getting a bit stressed out from getting lost on the way, we found the spa all the more relaxing. We did think that the changing rooms could have been a bit warmer, but to be fair they were only temporary as the others were being done up at the time. The pool was great, but I advise you take a book or magazine with you as they do not provide! The lunch was fantastic and the treatments were brilliant, especially the massage I loved. Staff were very friendly and I would love to return. |
