Stirling; the place to visit Much improved service since last visit (after concerns highlighted to the general manager). However, spa once again disorganised. Bookings appear to be erratic, wrong and not properly organised and it is obvious that the individual therapists do not book their own diary, which may improve the service. The only problem was when our room was allocated there were no towels in bathroom and we could not dry our hands. Staff in the dining and bar area are helpful and very efficient. Would visit again, deal very worth while and good value. |

Enjoyable, comfortable and repeatable Loved the treatments, however, because we were a party of 4 we could compare and I was disappointed with my DeLuxe pedicure as the bottom of my feet were not looked at i.e. rough skin. I appreciate that treatments can be different in different spas, but another party member had a different experience to mine so a little miffed, that was the reason I had booked the DeLuxe version. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. |
