Friendy, relaxing, a treat.
From the moment of arrival the staff were friendly, accomodating and wanting to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.The treatment area was well equipped and spacious, and the quality of the treatments was very good.The large pool, two jaccuzi's and double sauna and steam rooms did mean no area was crowded.On the downside, the spa is part of a gym and so didn't quite have the luxury of some more exclusive spa's. The cafe facilities were not great either with the coffee area at the entrance.

I've been to Luton Banatyne Spa once before, and liked it a lot. Very spacious gym and pool area, I think there are 4 different saunas, but I didn't go to all of them. The ones I did go, were very nice and clean. I went there on Friday 14.00-18.00, there were not many people at all, so that was quite good. Spa itself provided robes and towels and has a cosy retreat area where you can read magazines or just relax. Staff is very friendly. I especially liked my terapist, very lovely girl, I had a nice massage and a facial. I would recomend that Spa and would deffinitely go there again. The reservations team of Spa Seekers were great especially a lovely lady Sarah, who booked my experience. You do have to pay for car parking.Guest Rating
