From entering Bannatynes you feel special and wanted. The whole place is very clean and the feeling of luxury, to me, was nice. The staff are very very friendly and helpfull. If you are feeling a little self concious then you need not be they do not care what size you are everyone is treated the same way. In the gym the instructors are very helpful and cheery. The SPA was fantastic to me my back masage was to die for Dawn was friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. Very Impressed. Food was lovely (i would say re the food i am a very plain eater dont like things mixed together not much choice for me) i still managed to have something though. Was welcomed at reception and shown where the changing rooms, treatment room etc was. Shown the gym - have used other gyms but this one was well equipped but didnt seem to have much staff to ask about using the equipment as the ones that were there seemed to be workign with individuals. Sauna, Steam Room and swimming pool was very clean and nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff in the spa did not know what I had been booked in for. Waited a bit to be taken - which seemed to come off the 1 1/2 hrs that was supposed to be my session. The staff seemed a bit 'rushed', infact I would say that didnt get the full time I was supposed to. Treatments themselves were fine through.Guest Rating
