Superb value, facilities and staff Booked in for a two-for-one spa day including; one treatment each with choice of facial or back, neck shoulder massage. On arriving, staff were very friendly and welcoming; they gave us bags with slippers, robes and towels, and also gave us a thorough tour of the spa. The facilities were of a high quality, with a 20 metre swimming pool (nice and warm), two Jacuzzi pools (very warm) and steam and sauna rooms. The gym was massive, one of the largest I\'ve seen in a spa. Also, we took part in some classes which were included and these were fantastic where the instructors took time to put you at your ease if it was something you hadn\'t tried before. The atmosphere of the spa was very welcoming, relaxed and importantly, very light-hearted, as instructors do tend to push you hard but they have fun in the process! The treatments were great, we left feeling utterly relaxed and refreshed. |

Tranquil, relaxing, special On arriving we were given a warm welcome by the staff at reception and were given a pamper bag containing a robe, slippers and towel. We were then given a guided tour of the facilities (as we were first timers here) and then left to our own devices. We used many of the facilities, the swimming pool was a good temperature; large, and there were two Jacuzzi’s, two steam rooms and a sauna. Very friendly staff and we did two classes while there; aqua fit class and a body balance class. Both of these were made accessible to people who were doing this for the first time, staff took note of who was new and made sure within the class that you could keep up! We also used the spa and had a head, neck and shoulder massage, which was fantastic and an entirely relaxing experience. When using the spa, with a treatment booked, you could treat yourself to lovely free hot drinks in the waiting lounge. |

A wonderful day. It was a wonderful day. My friend and I were looked after very well and really felt relaxed and refreshed at the end of the day. The spa was very clean and well laid out. The staff were very helpful and made us both feel so very welcome. The visit was intended as a treat and a de-stress. It certainly hit the spot! I can’t recommend the experience enough. If you need a relaxing day, or you just want to treat yourself, do it! I will be making a return visit in the near future. |

What could have made it better is if we could have had a nice meal, other than sandwiches. The girls at Tamworth spa are just great and one in a million. Excellent spa day I and my friend booked this as we like going for a massage and chill as we both work a lot of hours and both have 3 children, so we treat ourselves every now and again. We had a lovely day in the pool, steam room and sauna, but the best item about the day was the back neck and shoulder massage followed by the scalp massage, the staff were very professional, and very helpful, I had Pia (manager), she was brilliant as I was very knotted in my back and neck, but after the massage I felt great, it was so calming. Pia gave me a lot of advice how to de-stress myself and I brought some massage gel, which has helped my back tremendously, I would definitely recommend anyone to go, me and my friend have booked in again at the end of march for another massage. Excellent service, staff and advice, and SpaSeekers were very helpful too. |

Luxury spa experience We booked the day spa as our Valentine\'s Day present to each other. We spent the morning in the gym, followed by lunch then off for our treatment. We had a massage and it was made perfect by being in a twin room so we could share the experience together. After that we spent time lazing in the pool, sauna and steam room, the most perfect Valentine’s Day present ever. |
