Absolutely Fab A well deserved wonderfully relaxing day. The facial I had was superb and what was nice about it was my friend was able to have her treatment in the same room at the same time she had the back shoulder and neck massage which was also fantastic. You certainly didn\'t feel like you were in the middle of Manchester. Highly recommended (this is the second time I\'ve been for a pamper package here). |

excellent much better than expected A good day! After reading other reviews I had concerns about the cleanliness. I took a friend on a 2 for 1 offer for her birthday. We used all the facilities, gym, pool and spa and both had facials. We bought lunch from the supermarket across the road and ate it in the reception lounge as refreshments are limited in Bannatyne’s but this wasn\'t a problem for us. It was very clean, pleasantly busy but not overcrowded and we both had a really good day. There was no hard sell for spa products and the staff were friendly and efficient. The only complaint I have is that there was no induction for the gym, the machines were easy to use but inexperienced gym users may struggle. |

Room for improvement Myself and two friends went on a spa pamper day recently, we found the overall place satisfactory, we thought there should have been more beds for people, we got there in the morning and managed to get beds, which you need if its going to be the relaxing day it\'s supposed to be. The pool, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi were very good, and the treatment was very good also. We were disappointed in that we couldn\'t buy any food there, they have coffee and soft drinks machines, the coffee was good, but if you look on the web site it shows two women eating at a table with glasses of juice, it\'s a bit misleading. When we inquired at the reception they said there was no where to get anything, you had to go out for it. I think a place that size could certainly use a cafe, so if you go for the day, take your own. |

Really Enjoyfull Experience From the moment my girlfriend and I entered the facility we were made to feel very welcome by the lady on reception and were given simple but accurate instructions on what our day would entail. The gym was well equipped, the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzis were all very well maintained and clean. The Spa treatment that we both had was very nice and relaxing and the staff overall made us feel very welcome and they were extremely polite. It was the perfect city break in a great location and would definitely consider returning. |

Dissapointing spa expereince After receiving a voucher for Christmas for a Spa trip, I was excited to book at Bannatynes Sensory Spa in Manchester. The service was not impressive, there were administration errors from the clubs staff with regards to my treatment times. I felt the club could have been cleaner and more hygienic and the treatments were average, I would go on another spaseekers Pamperday but probably to another spa. |
