amazing amazing amazing From the moment we arrived for our spa day we were given the most amazing service. The girl on the desk, I believe she said her name was Kat, was incredibly lovely and helpful and gave genuinely friendly customer service! We were shown around the facility and told everything about what to expect from our day, she even gave us tokens so we could have a nice coffee - which we enjoyed at the end of our visit! We started in the gym and it was amazing - state of the art equipment, clean and we were even offered classes we could join in if we wished too. We next used the pool, steam room sauna and of course the Jacuzzi! The facilities were top notch and we felt spoiled! We next had our treatments, which included a back massage and head massage each which was so relaxing! Everyone was lovely and the place was amazing. My mum and I would love to go back! |

Relaxing, revitalising, refreshing! Welcome on arrival was warm and friendly from reception staff. Clear instructions and directions to available facilities were given. The overall condition was clean, fresh and up to date. It wasn\'t too pretentious or over the top. I went there with the aim to relax and pamper myself and I returned home feeling satisfied having achieved my aim. This wouldn\'t have been so, if it wasn\'t for the fantastic facilities and the lovely 40 minute facial. Would recommend to a friend and would also like to return soon. |

When can I go again??!! My husband bought a spa day for myself and my sister as part of our Christmas and I can honestly say it was one of the best days of my life!!! We have just had a new baby and it was so nice to spend a day relaxing and being pampered by the lovely, friendly staff at bannatynes. We started the day with a work out, and then moved to the pool area where we enjoyed a sauna, swim and another sauna! Bliss!!! As if we weren\'t chilled out enough, after this we were then given lovely plush robes and shown to the relaxation room before having a massage and manicure. I will happily recommend this experience to all my friends! VERY GOOD THANKYOU! |

Absolutely Fabulous! I received the gift of a Spa Day for my 40th Birthday.I paid a little extra and took my husband along. We had a great time. We were treated so well. We had a swim, sauna, steam and jacuzzi before we went for our treatments.We arrived a little early for our treatment and we were shown to the relaxation room. We chilled for a while, it was so good not to have little voices shouting 'Mum' or 'Dad' every 2 minutes!!!Next we went for our full body swedish massage. We had a dual room so it was really nice. The girls who did the treatments were very professional and did their job very well, the room was lovely, the ambiance perfect. The massage was brilliant.We then had a facial. Wow, gone are the days of just a cleanse, tone and moisturise!. This facial was out of this world. I have never felt so pampered.I would definitely do this all again. Bliss at Bannatyne's I personally was not there as the gift voucher was bought for a fortieth birthday present for my sister.She went with her husband and they had a fantastic afternoon.With a swim then relaxation then of for a Swedish body massage,facial and head massage. They shared a room which they both said was a wonderful experience and the staff could not have been nicer.She was well pleased with her gift and is now definately thinking of joining the club and having regular treatments when she can afford it,I am sure we will be giving gift vouchers for birthdays and christmas from now on.Thank you for making this present very special for her. |

Every Girls Dream! Myself and a friend decided to have a speacial treat after all the hussle and bustle of Christmas. The club was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and were always there if you needed assistance. We went for the mini pampering day which i can only describe in one word.... Amazing!!!!! The staff were more like friends, the level of personal care was exceptionally high, the treatments were very professional done. Even though it was a one hour drive from where i live it was certainaly worth it, i cant wait to return to do it all again! I would 100% reccomend the Spa Seekers website, without them we would have never found this spa - I will definately be returning! |
