spa therapy good, leisure centre not so good! Waited ages to be seen to in the leisure centre reception, without being acknowledged on arrival. Wasn\'t shown around the spa facilities properly and had to find my way around. Having never been to a spa before, found this daunting! The changing area in the leisure centre through to and including the pool wasn\'t very well kept. Service in the cafe was very slow and disorganised.However the pool temp was nice, and facilities in the pool lush.The spa on site was great. Very clean, orderly and friendly. Lovely restroom. The massage, facial and nails were great. Would definitely recommend the spa therapy section again. Feel that the greeting at reception and the poor up keep of what is essentially a newish leisure facility lets the actual spa down. Don\'t get me wrong, I will go again, but next time I\'ll work it cheaper and not spend £85 on the pleasure of it. |
