heaven in a day The day me and my mother visited was wonderful from the moment we stepped in we were greeted by very smiley staff.. showed around and ask if we wanted to join in any of the classes going. The treatment of back and scalp massage was out of this world very professional. The health spa was very clean and so was the changing facilities. Overall I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone great value for money and would love to come back soon. |

Relaxed and Recharged... My partner and I visited the spa to enjoy a 2 for 1 pamper day. We didn\'t know what to expect but when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She introduced us to another lady who made us feel very welcome and we felt at ease straight away. She advised us what would happen during the visit and gave us our robes/towels etc. We decided to make use of the Spa facilities before going for our treatment. The pool, 2 Jaccuzi\'s, double Saunas and Steam room were very clean and not over crowded. We then made our way to the treatment rooms where we both chose to have a facial & head massage. The treatment room was very calm,clean & relaxing and the Therapists were very friendly. Overall, we both feel relaxed and recharged and will treat ourselves to this pamper day again!!! Thank you Lisa and Lisa for our relaxing facials and for the fantastic scalp massage.......... :) |

Friendly and relaxing I thoroughly enjoyed my spa day with two treatments. The staff are lovely here, the treatments are amazingly relaxing and we were given helpful advice after our massages related to our needs. The facilities are varied and good. The only drawback is that the Jacuzzis could be larger or there could be a couple more of them as the two there are quite small and fill up quickly. Also, lunch as part of the £85 package was to the value of £5 from the tuck shop, and there was not a great selection of sandwiches. £5 was plenty to fill up on though. Overall, I had a lovely day and would go again. |

very relaxed day My friend and I found the Spa staff very friendly and helpful. The treatments were great. The only negative was the heating was not working so it was very cold and the staff had to share a portable heater and supply extra blankets. It is a shame that the reception manager when we entered the building had such a bad attitude. Maybe she should take lessons from the spa staff. |

Exceeded expectation My son treated myself and friend to a pamper day for my 65th birthday. We didn\'t really know what to expect but when we arrived we were greeted by really friendly receptionist and another lady who made us so welcome and we felt perfectly at ease straight away. We went to the Aqua class and made use of all the pool facilities. The pool was much larger than we were expecting. Then lunch - rolls were good and not expensive. Then our treatments which really hit the spot. My friend has a health problem but the lady who did the massage was very understanding and adapted the massage to suit. We had to come away early to visit my husband in hospital but were encouraged to return later in the evening to take part in the Salsa class. We both came away feeling really invigorated and want to treat ourselves when my friend next visits from Devon. Thank you for a great day. |

Excellent, relaxing As soon as we arrived I was struck by the friendliness of the staff. We were given a tour of the facilities. We quickly changed and went for a relaxing swim, followed by a sauna. We then joined in a Pilate’s class which was very interesting. We then took a break for lunch before having our main treatments of a back and shoulders massage followed by a very relaxing facial by a very knowledgeable masseuse. We then had our manicure before showering and changing to go home. All in all a very rewarding and relaxing day. I would recommend to anyone. |
