disappointing experience Went for a special day with 3 friends, we all booked a facial, massage and manicure. It was a Saturday so busy with hen parties. There is only one manicure table so one of my friends had her nails done at the pedicure station, which meant that the therapist had to sit sideways as it is positioned in a constantly used walkway. Not a great experience for any concerned.When the other 2 in our group had their turn, one didn\'t get to have her massage and facial first as the room her therapist had prepared was stolen by another member of staff. Having already opted for a pedi rather than a mani, she had to lay on the massage table with her feet hanging off the end to prevent smudging of the nails. In addition to grubby, torn robes and polish that chipped within 24 hours - not the best of experiences. |

Good Value For Money All of the hotel & spa staff were very helpful & nice. My friend and I had different types of massage & were both pleased with what we had. We were disappointed that we were not able to have any more treatments, but that was our fault for not booking in advance! The facilities were all good, loved the outside hot tubs!
