Good girls day out We took my friend to this spa for her 20th Birthday. It was a nice surprise when we go there! I paid £35 for a spa day and facial and didn\'t expect much for that price. The facilities were nothing special although they did have a Jacuzzi outside which we enjoyed. The spa staff were really friendly and the relaxation room was amazing!! I would definitely go back. |

spa day The treatments where amazing, the staff were very friendly and professional. The hot stone beds where great aswell very comftable. The only thing that let this spa down was that the jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub are used by everyone including kids so there is alot of noise and splashing so hard to relax but apart from that it was good day. |

Great therapists! We arrived to a bit of chaos at reception and were given a guided tour. Aside from having to actually ask for our bag with robe and slippers all went well. After quickly changing we enjoyed the Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna before pottering off to rest in the relaxation room before having our treatments - there were three of us and all reported fantastic treatments by the therapists, so much so that we signed up for an extra one each on the day and they were able to fit us in. Brilliant day, very relaxing. Will definitely come back! Only one negative thing to say and that was that we had to walk through reception to get to the treatment rooms. |

great day Had a great day, treatments very good, staff very helpful, considering this is a gym/spa a pleasant day, both me and my daughter would both return. The pool was warm and the restaurant food was very reasonable and tasty. Some of the menu was unavailable as they were waiting for a delivery. The only niggle we had was that after upgrading for extra treatments which had to be done later in the day we went to the relaxation room 15minutes before the treatment time to find other people being called in and we seemed to have been forgotten, it appears that when these treatments were booked they made a mistake on the time and when we returned to have those treatments we were asked our names but it was not picked up. We did get our treatments which like the rest of the day was great. The centre Manager was advised about the mix up and we are waiting for a call from the spa manager |

Spa experience Overall we enjoyed our spa day however as the spa was part of a large sports centre we felt it lacked the intimacy of some of the smaller spas. The initial interaction with the reception staff was not favourable as we were kept waiting and not valued although the staff that provided the treatments were very professional and friendly. If we were to experience another spa day it would be likely that we would opt for a smaller spa |

spa day I and 2 friends had a good day; the treatments and spa area were good. The only criticism would be that the pool area and cafe were located within the gym area so we felt a little uncomfortable walking around in our bathrobes when most people were in their gym stuff. It would have been better if the spa facilities were totally separate. Also if some sort of footwear had been provided as well. |
