Brilliant! We went here for the first time and to celebrate our first Wedding Anniversary. It was truly an amazing experience. The two treatments we had were just out of this world! The girls were excellent, very professional made us feel very relaxed and special, the candles the music everything and it really does relax you. The other facilities were just as good, the changing rooms were lovely, big, clean and everything you need even an ironing board! The swimming pool, sauna ,steam room and Jacuzzi truly amazing. All the staff were lovely and helpful. It was even relaxing just lounging on the big chairs in lounge area. The robes and slippers you have there are very soft and lovely. We have really got a good day to remember from our first Anniversary and have both agreed we would love to do this again and we would and have recommended it. |

Lovely Spa Visit My fiance and I visited Banntyne\'s in Brindley Place recently for the second time this year. The spa treatment was lovely as we both had our treatments together in a luxurious room and felt so relaxed after the head and neck massage we could have fallen asleep! Staff were professional and friendly but ensured you had a peaceful treatment too.Being so impressed with the facilities and staff I promptly joined the gym within a few days of our visit. All areas are clean, the pool is of an average warmish temperature and of a decent size. The Jacuzzi is nice, the pool area is softly lit which makes you feel more relaxed. The gym and classes are up to date and everything seems to be well planned out and stylish. You are given a soft towelling robe, slippers and a towel on arrival and made welcome.I\'m even considering booking a hen party package at the spa in the not too distant future! |

Excellent day out Good welcome from the receptionist with a description of facilities and our day ahead. Gym, pool area and changing rooms all really clean with everything you need - just remember a £1 for your locker. Even on a Friday it was really quiet. Spa and treatments were lovely, very good staff who gave advice and altered one treatment to accommodate a pregnant member of our party. Only complaint is the lack of cafe so we had to get changed and go back into Brindley Place for lunch which is not far but we wanted to lounge about in our dressing gowns! A sandwich machine would have made the day 100% perfect! |

spa day Had a very enjoyable day and treatment was fantastic, however i did find the pool to be absolutely freezing, therefore i didnt enjoy my swim as much as i had hoped and i also found the jacuzzi was too small for the amount of people. i was also disappointed in the fact that instead of having larger steam and sauna rooms within the pool area they had tucked them away in the changing rooms making them very small...on the whole i had a relaxing day and the treatment was outstanding but i dont think i will b using this particular spa again due to pool facilities. |

we felt like we were floating on heaven after The therapists were lovely and friendly and put us at ease. we felt amazing after our massages and cant wait to return!! only shame was they had no cafe to get food. the lad who did aqua aerobics class was brilliant and we really enjoyed it. |
