excellent value 2 for 1 spa treatment at Bannatynes Ashford for me and my husband. Offer also included use of the facilities between 10-5pm. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, although for some reason they had me listed as \"Charlotte” we were asked to wait in the relaxation room. The room was lovely and comfortable, save for the constant beat and voice from the trainer in the gym where i assume aerobics were on the go. We were both then taken to another room where we opted for back and neck massage followed by a head massage. The lights were dimmed, we were both treated at the same time, soft music played, but still that noise from the gym continued through most of the treatment. The massages were great and so were the facilities, all clean and maintained. The cafe was very reasonable. All that spoiled it was the GYM noise. Would definitely go back again |

Spa voucher Staff were helpful and friendly in the treatment area although the receptionist was rather off hand as I was a few minutes late for the treatment session even though they were obviously not busy. The treament was very soothing and pleasant in a room with calming music and subdued lighting.The pool area and changing rooms were clean and warm. The steam room and Jacuzzi were also clean and of high standard. |

Relaxing, revitalising break! I took my boyfriend there for his birthday as we have both been feeling stressed and not had any time to spend with one another due to work. So we went there for the day and I felt that we were very well looked after. All of the staff where happy and very helpful! We got to use all of the other facilities which were all very clean and refreshing. I have already recommended my friends to this spa & I\'m sure we will be visiting again soon!! |

Pamper day We went to the spa for my sisters hen day,the staff at the spa were very informative and helpful in helping me get the best out of our day. There were 7 of us that came to the spa and the way our treatments were organized, meant that we were not waiting around and wasting time. Once we had our relaxing treatments we spent the rest of the time enjoying the other benefits the spa had to offer the large pool and steam room to name a few. I cannot comment on the gym as our day was for total relaxation and for my sisters hen do a sweaty workout was not on the agenda! That said, we had a show round on arrival and it looked well equipped and the machines were in very good condition if this is your reason for visiting the spa. We would highly recommend the spa day to any one who needs a bit of pampering, we have already talked about visiting again soon. |

Just what i needed This was my first time at this spa. I went along with a friend; it was a birthday gift from my daughter. We had a lovely day and some lovely treatments which included facial, head massage, pedicure and manicure. The staff were very friendly and all welcoming in their manner. very lovely experience I booked a spa day for my mum’s birthday. We had a great time. Spent the morning in the gym and doing a yoga class, then we both had a back, neck and shoulder massage. We had lunch then went to the swimming pool; we actually fell asleep on the lounges as we were so relaxed. It was a fantastic day and my mum was very happy with her birthday present. |

Mother and daughter day It was only a day in a Spa, where the facilities were spotless and the staff pleasant and helpful. But it was so much more, it gave me time with my daughter, without shops, children (as lovely as they are), and no men. We swam, talked over coffee and a snack, relaxed while the therapists gave us both a lovely facial in a beautiful room, we spent time in the Jacuzzi, laughing and talking. We joined in the water aerobics. And I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. I will certainly do it again. |

Pleasant & Friendly I attended with my friend for a day spa. On the whole it was good and we had a relaxing day which was well needed. The staff were friendly and the condition and cleanliness of the spa and facilities was excellent. There were a couple of niggles when comparing it to other spas I have been too. The cafe area was very cold - the air-con too severe which was a shame when trying to relax and enjoy lunch. The Jacuzzi is usually one of my favourite parts of a spa day but the jets were so powerful that it was actually uncomfortable to sit in and I was disappointed. My friend and I had been told prior to our arrival that we could choose on the day whether to have a dual room or separate rooms for our treatments and it would be no trouble whatever we decided. However on the day we were placed in a dual room and the choice not given to us. |
