Mini Pamper Day My Mini Pamper Day at Ashdown Park Hotel in East Sussex was a surprise for my 50th birthday and was by far the best present. It was thoroughly enjoyable and I found myself extremely relaxed. The quality of the service was brilliant and my light-lunch was very nice, as I suffer from a gluten-intolerance, this often rare. I would love to come again and would really recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gift to buy or just us a treat. Thank you for this wonderful experience I am sure I will be coming back again in the future..... |

lovers day package My husband and I had our lover’s day package recently. The hotel and grounds were beautiful. When we arrived at the spa and were greeted by the reception staff, we knew we were in for a good day! After a coffee, we spent the morning swimming, relaxing in the whirlpool, visiting the sauna and steam rooms (which are single sexed and in the changing areas). Having never experienced a spa before, it was very relaxing. On this particular day, we virtually had the place to ourselves, which was perfect. We had our lunch (a fresh steak sandwich with dressing) which was the best I had tasted. After lunch we were greeted by our beauty treatment therapist and taken each to a room where we had our treatments, it was lovely; we were made welcome and relaxed. After this, we just sat by the pool and absorbed the treatment oils and the day. We then plucked up the courage to step out into the world again |

A Wonderful Experience I bought my partner a spa day as an anniversary present and subsequently decided that it might be a nice idea for me to accompany her to the spa rather than play a round of golf at the adjoining club. After some initial difficulties locating the spa, tucked in amongst the Ashdown Forest, we were immediately impressed by the beautiful architecture of the main hotel building. The spa itself is wonderfully well appointed with pleasant and courteous staff. The treatments themselves were absolutely delightful though granted I have no grounds for comparison. All the facilities on offer were in excellent condition and I would thoroughly recommend it to people in the area. |

Wonderful, clean & welcoming The setting and location were superb, parking and exit could have been better signed. Welcome drinks and lunch were excellent, extras are expensive and there is no price provided at the time of ordering so asking for prices before ordering would be my recommendation. Having said that you don\'t expect Spa prices to be cheap. The robes, towels and slippers are all provided which means you only need your costume, Tip take two.Would definitely go again, a real luxury pampering day. |

Beautiful Day The service at this spa was excellent and the fact that it is not a huge place made it feel more intimate and personal. We also thought that the supreme pamper day package was great value for money. Extremely enjoyable,& relaxing The overall setting and ambience of the hotel is 1st class. My friend and I originally went with a voucher she received for a present, we were so impressed that when the two for one offer became available we had no hesitation in booking another two visits. The lunch and drinks, (soft) were extremely well presented and very tasty, the staff were brilliant, very friendly but efficient. A special note should go to Tim, the club manager for whom nothing was too much trouble. We had treatments the first two visits, which were good but we felt somewhat overpriced.The total relaxation of the day spent at the spa, with lunch cannot be recommended highly enough. Any more two for one, or similar type offers and we will definitely attend again. |
