Amazing I will start with the only bad point first: stairway to get to the pool was not very attractive at all, staff explained to me they are upgrading the staircase. however great spa could not of asked for a better therapist, very friendly, skilled an passionate about her work. I had a pamper day with a young lady Shannon and after spending a full day with this lady I felt as if we were friends. Cannot wait for my next visit in June! Absolutely blissful! This was the best birthday present I ever had. I had a supreme pamper day, & was at the spa for about 5 hours. The therapist was fantastic, very friendly & very skilled. All my treatments were provided by the same person, & by the end of the day we knew each other quite well! Lunch was nice but the hotel bar has very few vegetarian options, & as it is quite expensive, the �15 allowance didn\'t go very far. My one criticism about the actual spa was that the room used for the body scrub was very, very cold, but other than that I couldn\'t fault it. I would definitely go back there. mother/ daughter pamper day On arrival at the spa, requested a timetable for our day as was to include lunch but reception was unable to provide.We made our own plan for lunch then on returning to spa for treatments, times we had been previously quoted had been altered. All treatments were of a high standard and the spa staff couldn\'t have been any better. Overall had a wonderful time but had the timetable been better organised, would have been perfect.
