I was very impressed with the staff at Beckenham, the treatments were excellent although my worse treatment was the full body exfoliation as I got cold whilst my therapist was doing the last menthal scrub.Also there was not a great deal of choice at lunchtime, all i could really have was a Jacket potato as I do not eat meat. having said that the Potato was very nice.I would definately go back there though, it was a truely brilliant treat for me and my friend.Guest Rating -

This was a day spent with my mum as a day of pampering and treatements. We was shown where all t he facilities were so we did not get lost around the spa and told when our treatments were and when. we were offered a list of food to choose what we wanted as a free complimentary lunch and got to choose what time we wanted to eat. the spa was very quiet and relaxing with soft music in the background. the facilities included a sauna, steam room, saunarium, relaxation pool, swimming pool, loungers, heated loungers and jaquzzi (which was unfortunately out of use all day as it was being cleaned and tested). the treaments we chose were back,neck and shoulder massage (which we were a lso asked if there was a specific area that we were s uffering with at that current time), facial and an express manicure (which we got to choose a nail colour). there was no pressue at all to purchase which was goodGuest Rating
