Could have been better
It was a nice day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the guy in reception. The facilities were good and very clean. The back massage was especially good and I left feeling pampered. On the negative side, I wanted to have the Spa day at the Grosvenor Hotel in Chester, which is listed on your website yet I had difficulty getting in there. Over all a reasonable experience.
