We offer a wide range of treatments for both men and women. It is our aim to provide you with a relaxing and memorable experience. You will be pampered in one of our seven treatment rooms by your experienced therapist who will adapt the treatment to suit your personal requirements thus redressing the balance of both body and mind and bringing about a sense of well being. Why not join us for lunch or a drink in our lounge area with its open fire and overlooking the swimming pool and golf course. If the pace of all the pampering is too much make the most of our relaxation room where you can read a magazine, enjoy a drink or just lie back on one of our comfortable loungers.

Fitness

The Spa in North Yorkshire has something for everyone; if you want to burn off some calories make use of our fully equipped, air conditioned gymnasium with a full range of machines with personal televisions leaving you in complete control. We also have a large dance studio with classes ranging from studio cycling to Pilates. If you want that little bit extra from a workout we offer personal training with one of our fully qualified and registered exercise specialists. If that all sounds too energetic; a few lengths in our heated swimming pool, followed by a sauna, steam room and a dip in the Jacuzzi will be key to soothing away the stresses of modern life.

Great treatments and good food We had a relaxing day of rest and pampering, the highlight of which was the treatments, which were excellent. However the pool and communal changing area were more like a health club than a spa and it was a bit of a bother having to get dressed again for lunch in the main hotel, only to put the robe on again for the afternoon. Day Spa Visit The staff at Aldwark Manor were just fantastic. Having not really done a spa day before the Spa Manager and her staff bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we wanted and needed, were friendly and warm and responded so positively when they found out we were celebrating a birthday. fantastic relaxing day I bought a spa day for my sister as a Christmas present. She had a lovely day with loads of treatments, she said the spa was clean and the staff were very helpful. Very enjoyable I had a great day, staff were helpful, although I was given no information at all on the other available facilities (gym, Pilates, tai chi etc) on arrival, therefore missed the opportunity to use them, even though they were included in the price. The treatments I had were excellent, I found the staff in this area very helpful, and would definitely return for further treatments. A break from the kids ! What a wonderful setting to arrive at on a Friday morning! The Hotel and grounds look very impressive as you pull up at the end of your drive through the sleepy Yorkshire countryside. The spa was busy and on a couple of occasions, there were no staff available to answer my questions (where do I go, what do I wear etc.), so the terrified girl who was obviously just filling-in, tried her best. However, I soon found my round the pleasant and well-equipped gym and was appropriately tired-out when the time came for my treatments: a back and scalp massage. These were good, but not quite as relaxing as I had hoped - mostly because it all felt a little rushed and that I was just the next punter in a busy production line... The rest of my stay was great; the room was huge and very comfortable and the food (and wine) in the restaurant was excellent. A good break away from the kids! Very good The spa was excellent, therapists were very friendly and the treatments were first class. The only thing we missed out on was at dinner we did not realise that a glass of wine was included so we had water. We were charged for a bottle of water even though we did not have wine. Pamper weekend Very relaxing treatment. Heather did my treatment very pleasant young lady, would recommend going back for more. Overall staff very friendly and helpful, food and drink service quick and quality of food was excellent. Pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and golf good experience. Would stay again.
