Really good venue, with excelent facilities. The treatments were good and we even booked extras!.The staff were really helpful professional and friendly. The food was good and everything promised in the package was provided.The only negative comment would relate to the bar staff, they were never very attentive and requests for drinks from us (and others I witnessed) seemed to take an unusually long time

Swim in our heated indoor pool or relax in our steam, sauna and spa pool, and soak in the atmosphere. Try our feature shower to ease any tension. For the energetic we have our state of the art Technogym with built in TV screens. Enjoy a gentle work out or book a personalised training session with one of our experts. We offer a variety of classes from Aqua to Yoga style and have a studio dedicated to spinning the group based cycling class.

One of the Local Attractions includes Canterbury Cathedral. This world famous Cathedral has an immense history, from medieval pilgrimages, the murder of Thomas Beckett in 1170 to the last pope visiting in 1982. Folkestone races are always good for a day out. Watch the horses thunder by as you enjoy delicious food and wine at Kent’s only horse racing venue. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, Folkestone is host to over twenty days of racing a year, both Flat and National Hunt. If you like history Heaver Castle and Gardens are a popular attraction to visit. Childhood home to Ann Boleyn, dating back into the splendour of the Tudor court as it is recreated with costume figures, displays and portraits. My friend and I had a lovely time away. It was my first time away leaving my two children. I have to say the hotel was perfect and a well deserverd 4*. The treatments were excellent and the level of service was good. I just felt it was a shame that there was only one jacussizi and only 2 saunas. We felt that the spa needed an extra jacussizi or a few extra rooms. As it was a hotel the swimming pool had children in it and that part of it wasn't that relaxing. On the whole it was good but not a patch on the experience that I had had in 3 hours at the Aqua Sana in centre parcs.Guest Rating -

I enjoyed my spa visit. I found that the facilities were clean & enjoyed the use of the pool, sauna & steam rooms. I found the treatment were good, but basic. I would return & stay at the hotel again.Guest Rating
