When looking for a spa weekend there are various points that you may wish to consider. Spa weekends by definition can vary and the type of locations that offer spa weekend packages vary too. Weekend spas are available across the UK and packages are available at many hotels with spas, Stand alone day spas with nearby accommodation and the ultimate in any spa weekend packages would be one of the UK Health Farms, of which there are only twelve.
 

How many nights is a Spa Weekend?

A spa weekend package typically would be arrival on Friday afternoon from 2pm - Departure Sunday afternoon at 4pm. A weekend package would include full use of leisure, all meals plus two to three body treatments per person. There would be various activities to take part in at your leisure on this typical example of a spa weekend package.
 
Not everyone can afford either the time or the cost a two night spa weekend package, so the other option for weekend spas is a one night package.Typically this weekend package would be arrival saturday morning at 11am and leaving sunday afternoon after lunch. This type of spa weekend package would include two body treatments lunch plus use of leisure facilities.

There are really two options for your spa weekend package. Option one would be a Health Farm venue. A Health Farm will offer the ultimate in facilities, pampering and treatments on your spa weekend package. With no children, a healthy cuisine with no bar, although you can have wine with your meal a spa weekend package at a Health Farm is the top of the range.
  • 2 night Spa Weekend package - around £295 per person
  • 1 night Spa Weekend package - around £200 per person
Weekend spas also include Hotels with Spa facilities. There are literally hundreds of these weekend spas across the UK and prices will vary. They are definitely cheaper than a health farm weekend package.
