    Wonderful, Relaxing, Pampering,
Classic room was brilliant and huge My cousin and I had a fantastic time basically the whole experience is amazing. We changed straight away into our gym wear as we joined a Chi Ball Class which I have to say was great, we changed into our swimsuits and robes, no slippers were provided..We had a very relaxing time in the steam, sauna and jacuzzi, then went for a swim, until it was time for our treatment. I had an Indian Head massage which is my favourite, so relaxing. I have to say that the treatment was not that great, firstly I had to sit in a normal chair facing the wall, while the therapist sat behind me. It did not last very long and I certainly didnt feel very relaxed after it.The worst was the meal which I found a sharp piece of plastic which cut my mouth they gave us champagne the chef came to apologise but I had to go out of the room to speak to him he didnt come to the table

    Champneys Tring Health Farm, Hertfordshire

    Unique, Stylish & comfortable
Lovely rural setting set in many acres of landscaped English gardens and grounds, great for cycling and walks. Just 40 minutes outside London, fantastic for us Londoners. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Treatments were professional in particularly Kriotheraphy which was a fascinating experience in cold chambers using dry ice. Simply exhilarating. Average rooms are similar to 4* hotel accommodation, some better than others.A lot of the starchiness has been removed from the dining experience but it retains its quality. Best of all for me is the various dances, yoga, Pilates etc classes available & its exceptional spa facilities must be a joy in the summer.I left feeling energised but relaxed. I will be returning for a mini summer break, can’t wait.
