    Nice but confused
Neither myself or my friend (who took me to the spa) had been before and although it was a nice afternoon if slightly confusing. We were early so went and had some lunch - which I have to say was fantastic. When we came back we were shown to the treatment rooms. We had to ask where everything was (rather than being shown) and whenasked where the afternoon tea was, we were were told it was in the spa (we checked this several times) so we decided to go for a swim and sauna (no jacuzzi as it was broken). Deciding it was time for afternoon tea we went back to reception and were told that the tea was actually served in the restaurant which meant that we needed to dress. This obviously meant that we had to cut short the afternoon as it wasn't really worth going back to the spa after tea. Also slightly bemused that there was no cream in the cream time.

    A relaxing, enjoyable treat
A dear friend of mine and I went to the London Marriot for a whole day of pampering. It was fantastic, such a wonderful way to spend some chilled out time with a good friend. The day went very fast though.Generally the staff were lovely, the treatments were all great. The food was light and tasty perfect for the occasion. The spa was very clean and facilities good except that the jacuzzi was out of order.

    Pampered Princess
The staff were a little hassled on arrival as the spa was very busy. This resulted in no advice being given about lunchtime. The restaurant was busy and lunch was rushed and therefore unfinished. However, once the treatments began so did the relaxing. Friendly and capable staff. Clean and well equipped. Some hard selling of products but this didn't detract from the overall experience. Would advise early arrival, at least 2 hours before treatments are due to commence so that there is enough time to make use of the facilities, including the pool, sauna and steam room (jacuzzi not working). Busy and popular venue.
