Our Restaurant Manager works very hard to supply our guests with a comprehensive and interesting wine selection to complement their mealtimes. Mineral water is provided free of charge and other drinks are available from either our Verandah Bar or Garden Room Bar. All meals are included in our spa days too.|

Relaxing Escape We chose the Late Escape day which starts at 11am, includes lunch, a 40 minute prescription facial and later supper leaving at 8.30pm. The day was amazing - Ragdale is a wonderful setting for a spa day and the facilities are fantastic - especially the thermal spa. Everything was so relaxed and laid back, there was plenty of time to do what we wanted and just enjoy the day. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone who needs to escape for the day and relax. Definitely worth the money to recharge your batteries and to enjoy a relaxing change of scene. SpaSeekers were very helpful and friendly and I felt that my booking was in good hands. |

Luxurious and relaxing Booked a Pure Detox Day. Although it seems expensive at first, the treatments received were excellent and good quality with a 1 hour Swedish massage, 40 minute detox thigh and stomach treatment and a fresh feet treatment which I upgraded to a full pedicure directly with Ragdale for an extra £13. Lunch is a full 3 courses with both the starter and dessert ordered via a waitress and the main course being a buffet with hot and cold food. Great facilities, huge pool area, outside water feature with massage jets, multiple steam, sauna and sensory rooms. Several relaxation and sitting areas plus two coffee shops and a restaurant. Very clean facilities; staff helpful, professional and courteous. Will return. Spa Seekers were also very professional and friendly when booking with Virgin Experience Vouchers. |

Most enjoyable day! I visited Ragdale Hall for the day in June and would definitely like to return. As soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel most welcome and was offered a complimentary coffee, whilst a member of the team went through my planner for the day on a one to one basis. I was then given a tour of the hall. I spent my morning in the pool area and thermal spa, which was so relaxing. The thermal spa was a real treat. My lunch was included in the package price and was excellent value for money. In the afternoon I had a Ragdale facial, which was one of the best I have ever had. Following my facial I went and bought products in the shop and then visited the gift shop for some treats to take home. The overall cleanliness of the hall was excellent as was the service of the staff/therapists. There are plenty of quiet places to rest/sleep and unwind!The day went too quick however! |

Quality R &R I had a warm welcome, quick and efficient registration and was able to reschedule the timings of appointments with no fuss. The staff were pleasant and helpful and I found the treatments excellent. The thermal pool complex is amazing! So many new ways of assembling water with heat and cold - try the volcanic experience for instance. Lunch delicious and what a joy to sit in the grounds in a deck chair staring at the lily pond. There is a comprehensive exercise programme tailored to different levels of achievement with a daily changing schedule, plus interesting talks and demonstrations in the evenings. Mine was a day visit so I can only go on hearsay for the rooms and suites: I was offered the use of a bedroom for the day at a reasonable price, but would not have had time for it! Best was the general ambiance of peaceful relaxation. |

Relaxing treat I checked in just for one day and have the maximum I could fit in! Wonderful back massage, thorough face treatment, manicure and pedicure. Very good practitioners, cheerful and professional in every way. The thermal pool with all its little areas of differing therapies was amazing, especially the candlelit one. I found this very exciting. Lunch too was spectacular in its variety: I sat with other single people which were pleasant. Most of them were staying the week - wished I was! Check in with a welcome drink was efficient and quick. Checking out was sad though! In my short time at Ragdale I could find nothing to complain about honestly. Try for yourselves and you might even meet me there as I certainly propose a return visit. |

I must return to Ragdale The service was excellent, right from the first greeting at Reception. I arrived early but I was provided with refreshments and made to feel welcome until my room was ready for me. My room was very comfortable, although as the weather was unseasonably and exceptionally hot it was a little too warm, although a fan was provided. As the weather was so good I was able to make use of the grounds which are superb. My first treatment, a full body massage was the best I\'ve ever had, and I\'ve had a few. My other treatments were very relaxing etc but the massage stays in my mind! I left feeling totally refreshed and feeling as though I could stay forever. |

wonderful relaxing pampering day Wonderful day of luxury & pampering. Not cheap but certainly worth an occasional treat. Everywhere very clean, bright, well-appointed. Swimming pool little on the cool side but ok. So much to do - had the one treatment which was included in day package, facial & back massage, both lovely. Facial very relaxing & with fabulously smooth, aromatic creams/lotions applied. 5 or 6 saunas fabulous - different levels of heat in each so we alternated. Some had aromatic oils burning. 3 course lunch lovely - loads of choice & could return to the buffet table if you wished, whilst in the dining room. Very well organised at Ragdale. No one area ever seemed overcrowded as only a set number of people allowed each day. All very seemless and stressless. Would thoroughly recommend it. Did me & my daughter the world of good. Staff all very polite, friendly, helpful, welcoming. A memorable day! Brill! |

luxury pampering experience Very relaxing, pampering day. 50 min treatment included facial and back massage which were really lovely, but would have liked few more minutes to relax afterwards before being asked to get up from the bed - the end bit felt a bit rushed and my hair all over the place after the head massage! Really good lunch with fantastic choice of food, dining room well appointed and calming atmosphere. Saunas especially good, especially the ones with aromatic atmospheres, and we spent much of the day going from one to the other. Water in the main pool a bit on the cool side, so spent longer in the Jacuzzi. Very well run and no one area ever over-crowded, which was very welcome as it added to the special quality. Shops really nice with beautiful gifts in the gift shop, not too expensive either. Staff all pleasant and well-trained. Everywhere beautifully and expensively decorated and welcoming. Great!! |
