At Ragdale Hall we cater for weight watchers and gourmets alike. All our meals are deliciously healthy, nutritious and beautifully presented by our team of top chefs. Where possible menus are prepared daily according to seasonal, fresh, local produce. Residential guests have all meals included, starting the day with breakfast in bed, then a three-course buffet style lunch and in the evening a relaxed three course dinner. Our Restaurant Manager works very hard to supply our guests with a comprehensive and interesting wine selection to complement their mealtimes. Q. Describe the interiors of your bedrooms or treatment rooms and how they were inspired?
A. Over 90% of our guests are ladies, so they appeal to the girls - soothing colours, luxurious furnishings and lots of space to put things in the bathroom. All rooms have flat screen digital TV and radio, telephone, hairdryer, mini safe, tea and coffee making facilities. Suites also have a mini bar, Ipod dock and coffee maker. Lodge rooms are situated two minutes walk from the Main Hall. Lodge rooms also include mini bars and DVD players.
Q. Explain what 'mod-cons' you provide in the hotel and spa?
A. All you would expect from a top class hotel.
Q. How would you cater for different dietary requirements?
A. We are happy to cater for major special diets, but would ask you to contact us if you have any concerns about your own specific requirements. As standard, all menus offer options for our vegetarian guests.
Q. Have you had any celebrities visit?
A. Yes, we have had a few celebrities visit however we choose to treat them like any other guest. We feel every guest should be made to feel special and that they have our undivided attention whether they're here on a spa day or a pampering holiday.

An Enjoyable Experience. This was my first time to Ragdale Hall. It definitely won\'t be the last. From the moment you stepped out your car the service was outstanding. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the food was excellent. There was an excellent variety of treatments and classes. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The only thing that I would be negative about was the £3.50 charge for the towelling robes which I feel is a little bit cheeky when you have paid good money already for your stay. I have been to other spa\'s where the towelling robes and slippers are complimentary. Overall I would say 10 out of 10 experience. |

Absolutely fabulous I\'ve been visiting Ragdale Hall now for well over 10 years. I started with day visits and now stay on their two night taster break. I really can\'t rate the place highly enough. From the moment you arrive you are made to feels relaxed and looked after. The staff can\'t do enough for you, particularly on the treatments reception. I love the thermal spa which has been open a few years now. |

Blissful spa day Spent a fabulous spa day with my friend on a Saturday, we enjoyed aqua aerobics, use of the gym and then headed to the thermal spa which is out of this world!! Not many health farms offer such extensive areas included in your day rate, makes the additional you spend to go to Ragdale absolutely worth it. If you spend more on your day you also get to use different changing rooms which are much quieter. Staff really are so very helpful, and the beauty therapist who gave me my facial had an amazing sense of touch and level of professionalism. Buffet lunch was delicious and waiting staff very attentive. Most relaxing seven hours of my year so far! |

My ladies delight I am writing this on behalf of my wife Sandra and daughter Marisha who I surprised with a 3 day visit arranged at Ragdale Hall. Well, what can I say; I work abroad and have not seen my ladies for at least six months and I get all the fun and adventure so, I thought it was time for them to have a bit of the good life so to speak. All I can say is it was worth every penny to hear them exalt about their experience, Sandra had not been well and these three days did her the power of good. Both of them just could not shut up about the staff and the facilities. When they explained husbands also went I will have a major problem on my hands if we should win, or will it be a case of home alone while my ladies live up the good life. Thank you all at Ragdale Hall for giving my Queen and Princess the time of their lives. |

Welcome rest and relaxation After visiting Brooklands Health Spa in Garstang at least once a year for about 12 years, it was with some trepidation I booked into Ragdale this January. I need not have been concerned. My room was wonderful (economy single) and the staff were so welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent (I chose to eat alone but the option for company was available). The facilities were stunning and I particularly loved the thermal spa. On my three night stay certain treatments were included and I also booked some extras. All these were relaxing and the staff were considerate and friendly. I had such a good experience that I am booked in for a four night stay in September. My recommendation is to visit Ragdale and if you are a single traveller you will still enjoy the experience I am sure. |

Best three days It was so nice to be pampered and looked after. The staff were so helpful and courteous, I stayed with my cousin and we felt so relaxed and revived, its one of the best decisions I have made for a long time. We have had a few bad years and most recently I lost my Mother in October, and after all the upset and trauma, I can honestly say it was the best pick me up I could have had. Definitely will be visiting again! |

Wonderful From the time we arrived to the time we left we were made to feel special. I cannot fault the friendliness of the staff. They treated us as individuals and nothing was too much trouble. The new thermal spa was amazing and all our classes and treatments were brilliant. All in all a fantastic place; cant wait to go back. |

Blissful break Have just returned from Ragdale Hall Health Retreat; this spa is, in my opinion, the best we know in the UK. We have been to a few but Ragdale is the most relaxing. The staff are very welcoming, quite a few have been there a while and always recognise us. The place is spotlessly clean and all the staff that carry out the treatments are so professional, and you never feel rushed when you are having your treatments, which I think makes all the difference. In the evening, after meals, they have a talk for about 40 minutes; one of the talks on Sunday night was about laughter. Well it was the most entertaining 45 minutes and we laughed all the way through. I cannot find anything negative to say about this spa. Thoroughly recommended!!! |
