At Ragdale Hall we cater for weight watchers and gourmets alike. All our meals are deliciously healthy, nutritious and beautifully presented by our team of top chefs. Where possible menus are prepared daily according to seasonal, fresh, local produce. Residential guests have all meals included, starting the day with breakfast in bed, then a three-course buffet style lunch and in the evening a relaxed three course dinner. Our Restaurant Manager works very hard to supply our guests with a comprehensive and interesting wine selection to complement their mealtimes. Mineral water is provided free of charge and other drinks are available from either our Verandah Bar or Garden Room Bar. All meals are included in our spa days too.|

wonderful relaxing pampering day Wonderful day of luxury & pampering. Not cheap but certainly worth an occasional treat. Everywhere very clean, bright, well-appointed. Swimming pool little on the cool side but ok. So much to do - had the one treatment which was included in day package, facial & back massage, both lovely. Facial very relaxing & with fabulously smooth, aromatic creams/lotions applied. 5 or 6 saunas fabulous - different levels of heat in each so we alternated. Some had aromatic oils burning. 3 course lunch lovely - loads of choice & could return to the buffet table if you wished, whilst in the dining room. Very well organised at Ragdale. No one area ever seemed overcrowded as only a set number of people allowed each day. All very seemless and stressless. Would thoroughly recommend it. Did me & my daughter the world of good. Staff all very polite, friendly, helpful, welcoming. A memorable day! Brill! |

luxury pampering experience Very relaxing, pampering day. 50 min treatment included facial and back massage which were really lovely, but would have liked few more minutes to relax afterwards before being asked to get up from the bed - the end bit felt a bit rushed and my hair all over the place after the head massage! Really good lunch with fantastic choice of food, dining room well appointed and calming atmosphere. Saunas especially good, especially the ones with aromatic atmospheres, and we spent much of the day going from one to the other. Water in the main pool a bit on the cool side, so spent longer in the Jacuzzi. Very well run and no one area ever over-crowded, which was very welcome as it added to the special quality. Shops really nice with beautiful gifts in the gift shop, not too expensive either. Staff all pleasant and well-trained. Everywhere beautifully and expensively decorated and welcoming. Great!! |

Fantastic as ever Our 4th visit to Ragdale and standards are still high. Great food for all tastes (health conscious or gourmet indulgence), lovely staff, excellent facilities and a lovely \"warm feeling\" as soon as you step through the door. We did a lot of the fitness classes, which offer something different from the norm (e.g. lots of types of dance, relaxation classes, etc). Our treatments were good but in our experience the older more seasoned therapists are better than some of the yound girls. Only gripe is that breakfast served on trays in rooms can be a bit measly and they should do this buffet style with lots more fresh fruit, etc. |

An Enjoyable Experience. This was my first time to Ragdale Hall. It definitely won\'t be the last. From the moment you stepped out your car the service was outstanding. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the food was excellent. There was an excellent variety of treatments and classes. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The only thing that I would be negative about was the £3.50 charge for the towelling robes which I feel is a little bit cheeky when you have paid good money already for your stay. I have been to other spa\'s where the towelling robes and slippers are complimentary. Overall I would say 10 out of 10 experience. |

Blissful spa day Spent a fabulous spa day with my friend on a Saturday, we enjoyed aqua aerobics, use of the gym and then headed to the thermal spa which is out of this world!! Not many health farms offer such extensive areas included in your day rate, makes the additional you spend to go to Ragdale absolutely worth it. If you spend more on your day you also get to use different changing rooms which are much quieter. Staff really are so very helpful, and the beauty therapist who gave me my facial had an amazing sense of touch and level of professionalism. Buffet lunch was delicious and waiting staff very attentive. Most relaxing seven hours of my year so far! |

My ladies delight I am writing this on behalf of my wife Sandra and daughter Marisha who I surprised with a 3 day visit arranged at Ragdale Hall. Well, what can I say; I work abroad and have not seen my ladies for at least six months and I get all the fun and adventure so, I thought it was time for them to have a bit of the good life so to speak. All I can say is it was worth every penny to hear them exalt about their experience, Sandra had not been well and these three days did her the power of good. Both of them just could not shut up about the staff and the facilities. When they explained husbands also went I will have a major problem on my hands if we should win, or will it be a case of home alone while my ladies live up the good life. Thank you all at Ragdale Hall for giving my Queen and Princess the time of their lives. |
