Had a lovely spa day, very relaxing a lovely place with helpful people defiantly recommend it. And the afternoon tea was very good, the only thing the wine is quite expensive so be careful that's the only draw back for me.
Booked "Spa indulgence" for myself and a friend. We were told when we arrived a therapist had phoned in sick, so one of our treatment times had been changed, unfortunately they had been unable to get in touch with me. I was told I would get a complimentary voucher but never received it. Not much information given about the spa area, pool or steam rooms etc. Treatments were good and the therapist efficient. Pool good size and warm, the sauna + steam rooms were enjoyable. The relaxation room was lovely but not enough couches, changing rooms quite small, by 2pm towels and dressing gowns strewn all over left by other spa users, linen bags overflowing. Light lunch tasty with a glass of wine which was a nice touch. Although this seems quite negative we did have a relaxing day, I will certainly be going to a Spa again but not sure it will be at St Pauls.
Lovely facilities. Gym is well packed out with equipment, the pool/steam rooms etc are very good. Managed to spend a day there easily without getting bored. Paid extra for lunch but wasn't really worth the money for my acquired taste. All in all would definitely visit again
On arrival to the spa we were welcomed and everything was explained as it was our first visit. A most pleasurable and totally relaxing experience, a lovely clean and well maintained spa and swimming pool. We also had treatments booked which was a back massages which just finished a perfect day, I have no doubt that I will be returning!! Two very relaxed ladies:-))
Lovely day but spoiled by cold and old tasting food at lunch .
