relax, relax, relax! Just a great experience. Although not overly modern in decor and furnishings it is clean and comfortable especially the beds! It has an easy atmosphere that makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The Spa facilities are very good. The treatments are excellent as are the therapists. There is plenty of staff and they are helpful and polite without being over zealous.The food is very varied and plentiful and of an excellent standard. All in all a wonderful way to spend a few days and your money!!! |

pure magical indulgence My daughter and I were treated to a luxurious relaxing weekend in the most beautiful elegant house surrounded by extensive grounds.It was our first Spa experience,we were both a little nervous when we arrived, but we found the staff friendly and welcoming,and they put us immediately at our ease.We both had 2 treatments,my daughter has eczema and the staff tailored the treatments to her needs, her skin has never looked better she glowed.This was our first spa experience but it wont be our last.We would recommend Hoar Cross Hall to anyone,no everyone.Oh forgot the food was to die for!!!!!!. |

A Wonderful Pamperday Overall, superb but, didn’t give 5 stars for overall satisfaction because I was disappointed with my room. I booked a suite as an expensive romantic treat and although clean it wasn’t the height of luxury I was expecting and would say it really needs updating to a suite standard. I would recommend staying in the basic room and save your money. All staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful. |

Excellent, highley recommended Mother and daughter visit and we both had a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Wide choice of activities/classes and spa treatments, there is something for everyone. All staff, whether beauty therapists, restaurant or hotel staff were most welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Excellent facilities and everywhere was very clean and tidy. Food was of very high standard and plentiful, forget dieting here! Would certainly like to return again and would definitely recommend this spa. |
