Classes range from high intensity to subtle forms of stretching and movement along with educational self defence instruction. Jogging trails through woodland will invigorate whilst the local terrain will give a great cycling workout. not well thought out Out treatments were both after lunch and the lunch was delayed so we had to hurry it and were told we might not be able to have the full treatment although we did. a facial immediately after a large (good) meal was uncomfortable. in the morning we tried the gym........the Pilate\'s machine was in a corner and difficult to use because of lack of floor space ! (young man in gym very helpful) Swimming pool good except for missing small tile on steps down. We also went out side to relax in the garden......there were dirty plates from other peoples meals which were not cleared away all the time we were there. i had to hunt for dry cushions for the deck chairs and a lady in the laundry gave us dry towels to sit on. so all in all a mixed experience. i doubt if we would go there again. |

TENSE, WHO IS TENSE? I was very impressed with Greenwoods. We had an overnight stay and the room we were allocated was superb, the spa and pool area immaculate and the service from the staff excellent. A little overpriced for a coffee perhaps and we ordered two sandwiches with different fillings for a snack but I think the same knife was used, therefore, my friend had mustard trimming to her sandwich which she didn\'t really want. Overall 9/10 |

Greenwoods; worth every penny!!! Greenwoods, very impressive as you pull into the car park, room very clean and decorated lovely. The food is fantastic in the restaurant for all meals; dinner, breakfast and lunch. Staff very friendly. Spa very clean and lovely facilities even enjoyed the aqua class. Beauty treatments lovely and relaxing; staff very friendly too, rooms are lovely. Would definitely go back and would recommend to all, well done Greenwoods!! :) |

A new experience I had not been to a spa before and was a little bit apprehensive especially as I went on my own, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I had use of all the facilities for the whole day but only used the pool after my treatments, this was very relaxing. The food was faultless as was the service and hospitality. I had a 20 min facial and a 20 min back massage both were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place and can\'t wait to go back. |
