To complement the vast selection of both traditional and holistic therapies available at Ragdale Hall, an exclusive range of Natural Balance treatments was introduced a couple of years ago.  Using completely fresh, natural ingredients and simple, yet effective techniques, these treatments have been a resounding success ……… in fact, the results achieved are as amazing as the delicious aromas – good enough to eat!

So popular have these treatments been, that in the last year Ragdale guests have enjoyed over 1000 Natural Balance treatments.

The latest addition to the range is the Avocado and Lemon Reviver, a deliciously rejuvenating body treatment.

To freshen the skin, an enlivening exfoliation of bran, oats, avocado oil and lemon essential oil are applied to form an invigorating scrub.  Then a concoction of sumptuous warm avocados mixed with the juice of grapefruits is smoothed onto the body to moisturise, brighten and tighten the skin.  

Whilst cocooned in the wrap, a pressure point scalp massage and soothing eye massage combined with a chamomile eye pillow will release tension and improve relaxation, allowing the magic of nature to work it’s wonders on your body.

After a shower, the body is thoroughly re-moisturised with a mixture of cocoa butter and the special avocado and lemon reviver blend, leaving your skin glowing and healthy and your tensions eased.

An ancient recipe with an English twist, this elegant wrap treatment smoothes and hydrates the skin using the pure power of nature.  Whilst these fresh ingredients gently work their magic, you will be suspended in the warm cocoon of the dry flotation.  The sumptuous essential oils, a blend of sunflower, petigrain and neroli, enhance a soothing scalp massage.  This exfoliating treatment is concluded with a smothering of soothing moisturiser.
  
Milk and Honey Body Glow Float
This effective treatment begins with a powerful and enlivening scrub, of sesame seeds and salt.  After a refreshing shower, nature’s nectar, pure honey, is mixed with sesame and milk and applied all over.  A relaxing scalp massage helps to soothe away tension whilst you are weightless on the dry flotation.  This treatment is personalised by your choice of aromatherapy blend used during the treatment.  Choose from energising, relaxing, floral or citrus depending on your mood.   

Aloe Vera and Lavender Envelopment
A soothing combination to enliven and comfort a sensitised skin, ideal for anyone who has been over exposed to the sun.  Although the main purpose is to soothe, the healing and moisturising properties of aloe are well known, so this is a treatment for anyone who needs re-hydration and comfort.         
Chocolate, Coffee and Almond Fondue Envelopment
Everything in moderation, although chocolate may be your detox sin, be inventive, indulge your chocolate cravings in a new way - head to toe in our chocolate fondue flotation.  This wrap re-hydrates and balances the skin and leaves it soft and glowing.
