What do I need on my Pamper day?

We suggest you wear casual, comfortable clothing. Towel robes are provided at certain venues. Ensure appropriate footwear and clothing are worn for the leisure facilities. (i.e. swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool spa, gym etc). Towels are provided at all venues.

Where can I find the list of locations for my Pamper day ?

In your Gift Voucher pack you will find the “Spa Locations List” you Pamperday can be taken at one of the locations printed here. NOTE: Mini, De Luxe, Supreme, Mens, Mother & Daughter and Lovers Pamperday packages are NOT available at our Health Farm locations.

Can I take an additional guest on my Pamper day ?

If you would like to enjoy your special day with an additional guest, then we can offer a £5 discount per person off any of our packages. All you need to do is call 0845 555 8 555 and order the additional vouchers, they will be posted same day 1st class post.

Are the Pamperday packages the same wherever I go?

Mini, Mens, Deluxe, Supreme, Mother & Daughter and Lovers Pamperdays are generically packaged and priced offering you the same beauty pampering treatments at which every spa you visit. We offer around 300 spas where you can enjoy your pamperday experience.

The Days Spas that administer our packages are all to a certain standard.
They all generally have a minimum of TWO treatment rooms and offer good
leisure facilities. Please appreciate that these Day Spas which include Hotel & Health Club Spas should in NO way be compared to Health Farms or their facilities.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher ?

Open up your Gift Voucher wallet and look at the inside front cover, Step by step instructions are given here. Don`t forget your must ACTIVATE your voucher before it can be used.

What is a Light Lunch?

Spa pamperdays include a 'Light Lunch'. A typical example would be either a sandwich, jacket potato, baguette, salad or something similiar. The 'Light Lunch' provided will vary from spa to spa and is provided entirely at the spas discretion.

Is there an age restriction?

The minimum age at a health spa is 16 years.

Please note that some health spas will have their own age restriction policy e.g. Thoresby Hall, Nr. Ollerton which is 21 years and Amida Spa which is 18 years.

What spa facilities can I use?

Your pamperday or spa break will include use of the spa facilities as described within the spa package. A typical example of spa facilities will include: swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. Please refer to the spa of your choice for full details of the spa facilities available.

Can Men go on a pamperday?

Yes! Men want to be pampered too - Pamperdays for Men are extremely popular and will include a back, neck and shoulder massage, prescription facial, scalp massage, light lunch and use of the spa facilities.

What is a 'file and polish'?

Deluxe and Supreme pamperdays will include a Manicure and Pedicure file and polish. Mini and Mother and Daughter pamperdays will include either a Manicure or Pedicure file and polish. This is not a full Manicure or Pedicure, this treatment consists of a shape and polish on either hands or feet.
