FAQs About Spa Days 

What do I need on my Spa Day?
We suggest you wear casual, comfortable clothing. Towel robes are provided at certain venues. Ensure appropriate footwear and clothing are worn for the leisure facilities. (i.e. swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool spa, gym etc). Towels are provided at all venues. 

Can I book accommodation?
After your Health Spa Day why not have a relaxing meal and stay the night at one of our Luxury Hotel Spas. We often get preferential rates to ensure that you get a good deal.

Can I take a friend/family on my Spa Day?
If you have a Day Spa Gift Certificate and would like to enjoy your special day with additional people, simply follow the Booking Procedure on your Gift Voucher. At this point extra persons can be booked and paid for.

Are the Spa Day the same wherever I go?
 

 

They are the same where ever you go except the De Vere Belfry, Warwickshire, which we offer as an extra Spa. They have a very exclusive Aqua Spa which is a unique experience on offer for those that would like to take advantage. This treatment will replace some of what was included in your Mini or De Luxe Pamperday.

What are the Day Spas like?
The Health Spas that administer our packages are all to a certain standard. They all generally have a minimum of TWO treatment rooms and offer good leisure facilities. Please appreciate that these Day Spas which include Hotel & Health Club Spas should in no way be compared to Health Farms or their facilities.


How do I redeem my Spa Gift Voucher?

To avoid disappointment please follow these step by step booking instructions.

 

Step 1. Please carefully read our terms & conditions. Also printed on your Gift Voucher.

Step 2. Select a venue based on location.

Step 3. Allowing a MINIMUM of 2 –3 weeks, decide on a date that you wish to.

Step 4. Have a selection of alternative dates in the event the venue is fully booked.

Step 5. Call our central reservations team on 08708 50 55 50 quoting your Gift Voucher number. Be ready to state where and when you wish to go. Or go to our Gift Voucher redemption area.

Step 6. If you have a preference to AM or PM treatments, this should be quoted at this point.


I`m not sure of what date I have booked?
 

 You are responsible for knowing what date has been booked. Ultimately we will book one of the dates that you have supplied us. Spa Seekers post/email an offical booking confirmation to you on booking. If you have NOT  received this confirmation, it is IMPORTANT that you call us, quoting your voucher number.
