Warm the bottle in bowl of hot water for a few minutes. Massage in to the skin concentrating on those dry areas (elbows, knees etc). Also great for your hair, massage in to scalp and leave for 10 minutes to really nourish the roots, just shampoo as normal afterwards.

Very nourishing

I got given this as a gift, i didnt think my skin was dehydrated but used just because i had it, but when i used this my body sucked it up like a sponge and gave me a more nourished glow.
