Best to take capsules after food. Take 2 in the morning until desired effect is achieved, then take 1 per day to maintain. Drink water throughout the day (as you should do anyway) there is sufficient supply for 30 days in one bottle.

Helpful for my detox

I generally use these pills 3 or 4 times a year. Great when you begin a diet or want a kick start in to a healthier eating regime. By the end of the course i feel much more energetic and pure!
