Lovely start to a weekend! I took my friend to the Epsom Dove Spa as a birthday treat and we were both very pleased with the facilities and the Spa staff. I had chosen the \"Time to Get Together\" package and it took a couple of hours all told for our treatments, which was just the right amount of time for us. We got lots of advice from the well informed and friendly staff and plan to go to the Spa again soon. Our only slightly minor criticism was that we didn\'t find the Spa very well sign-posted from the outside and it was a little difficult to find but, that said, most enjoyable when we did get there! |

A Very Pleasant & Relaxing Day A really enjoyable day with helpful & professional staff.Treatments were good and I would consider visiting again.Only slight fault found was eating area for lunch snack.We were lucky weather was good and we ate on terrace overlooking swimming pool. |

Friendly staff made for a pleasant day. Arrived around 11:30 and went to the reception on the 2nd floor as requested. The male staff there wanted me to pay 15GBP to allow me to use the pool and I had been told I would be able to use it for free so after some argument a female staff arrived and cleared it all.. She was very friendly and took me to the Spa and introduced me to the staff there. Afterwards I returned to the 2nd floor and went for a swim. Lovely pool, clean and the showres and changing rooms were all very nice and clean too. Back at the Spa, a very friendly member of staff (Samantha) took care of me and gave me my massage (very good but I still can not understand why they call it a full body massage ane never do the tummy.... I don't know about other girls but my tummy sure could do with some massaging!!!) followed by a facial and mani-pedi. All in all a pleasant experince but a long way away from the fabulous Spas I am used to in South East Asia and the Far East.... |
