Very Welcoming As I walked into the Spa the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The treatments at Cottons Spa were fantastic. The massage treatment was just what I needed, so relaxing and the staff were interested in your individual needs. The relaxation area in the Spa was great with tranquil musician the background, whilst you could relax and enjoy a complimentary drink - although it was a shame that a gentleman insisted on talking on his mobile phone for most of the duration I was in there.This is a Spa I would return to. Incredibly relaxing experience I booked a supreme spa day for my daughter and I. We had a fabulous day.The staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. Relaxing & Enjoyable Day My daughter and I enjoyed a very relaxing day on the special Mother & Daughter experience. The initial booking went very smoothly. pampered to death A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and the outside hot tub, could have spent more time in all three, our mistake, didn\'t give ourselves enough time before lunch and the treatments started. Tip Top Treatment I was bought the spa day from my husband for Christmas to de-stress me. I went with a friend whos husband had bought the same and we had a fantastic time. The staff were lovely and very friendly, the facilities were so clean and the treatments we booked were amazing. We both had a back, neck and shoulder massage as part of the deal but were seduced so much we also treated ourselves to a manicure too. Lunch was provided and in honesty I wasnt expecting much but wow!!! The meal was beautiful. Chicken Ceaser Salad and a cheese board - delicious. I would love to go again and think I\'ll be dropping a few hints to my husband abot getting another one for this Christmas too!!! Wonderful relaxing experienced The mother and daughter package was a beautiful relaxing quality time for both of us. With time to enjoy the leisure facilities in the morning followed by an excellent light lunch, we then spent the afternoon having wonderful treatments. The massage takes place on a heated hydrotherapy bed, something neither of us had experienced before. It was truly beautiful, a far better experience wither of us has had at other spas in the area. The ambience of the spa again is lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the furry robes they provided had seen better days - but they were OK. And it certainly didn\'t affect our day! Bliss in Cheshire I live locally and decided to treat a client to a relaxing Supreme Pamper day as a pre Christmas treat. The lunch was fantastic and can be served in either the restaurant or spa. We then went on to have our treatments which were Espa, we have a body scrub, full body massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. We came out of there on cloud nine!
