Brilliant! This was our second visit to Yew Lodge, and once again we were delighted. Everything was well organised, and the staff were excellent. The dinner was fantastic, as was the wonderful massage. This would certainly be my first choice for future spa breaks. |

Fantastic! I was a little optimistic due to the deal I got for two as an over night spa break, but I treated my fiancée and I\'ve never been so impressed! The rooms are very clean and perfectly finished, the spa was very clean and relaxing, the staff couldn\'t do more for you. My partner thought I paid a lot more than I said and that was before dinner! It was absolutely fantastic! It looked and tasted like something you would pay easy £80 a dish for! Perfectly cooked, superbly presented and prompt! The breakfast in the morning again was the final wow, enough for vegetarian or meat eaters, fresh smoothies never mind cereals yoghurts etc again all fresh and hot and not greasy. The final ending to our stay was our massage, all I can say is I wish I could have stayed longer, I literally could not pick a fault and I will be retuning next year with a party for my hen ladies! |

Fabulous! I cannot recommend this highly enough. After an initial blip when phoning to schedule treatments, when the receptionist and I were at cross-purposes, everything went wonderfully. The spa is immaculately clean and very relaxing; staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also wonderful, and we were served some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The break was tremendous value for money, and I can not wait to repeat the experience! |

Wonderful welcoming hotel We booked this break fairly last minute and I cannot fault it. From arrival the staff were very pleasant and friendly - no exceptions. Room was very comfortable and clean. Food was of a very high standard. Spa was well equipped, clean and well run. Our treatments [massage] were carried out by well trained beauticians with no pressure or haste. I would recommend to anybody. |

Brilliant Spa Break Spa facilities excellent and very clean. The Staff at the hotel and Spa could not have been friendlier. We went for the overnight stay, the evening meal was excellent and breakfast was also very good. Value for money the break was brilliant and far exceeded our expectations. We had one treatment both opting for the back shoulder and neck massage, which was very thorough and enjoyable. We will definitely be visiting again......soon we hope!! Brilliant!!! My husband and I have just spent one of the most relaxing and enjoyable weekends we have ever had (we have been married 22 years!). The rooms have everything you need including a small spa bath and very comfortable beds. The treatments were wonderful and the spa was very clean. The star of the show has to be the food! Fine dining to say the least. This spa is a bargain. We had the two night stay but would have happily stayed longer. I cannot say enough how wonderful this spa is. We will return again and again. |

Could not be better! My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and it really could not have been better. The rooms were spacious with a large TV, comfortable bed and spa bath (most hotel rooms only ever have a shower). The treatments were amazing! We both had a neck, shoulder and back massage. I also had a facial and spray tan. The treatment rooms were spotless and the therapists really knew what they were doing. We spent time in the pool, sauna and whirlpool - FAB.I have to say the food in the restaurant was the most memorable part of our weekend! Breakfast filled us up for the day and the evening meal was out of this world. The portions are small but very filling. I never have dessert when we eat out but you really must try them. They are to die for! We can not wait to go again. Please do not be put off by the reasonable price. It is worth a lot more. |

Excellent value break This was really good value for money. The service from everybody was very good. We felt very welcome and at ease. Our worry about feeling out of place was totally unfounded. The room was excellent. Very comfortable and excellent facilities. We both had massages for our treatments. Which were very relaxing and we felt totally at ease with. Food was excellent. Breakfast was Buffet style with lots of choice which meant that there was more than enough. Dinner was fine dining style which we were unprepared for especially the size of portions. However it did mean we experimented with new tastes. It was always perfectly cooked and we always came away very satisfied. The spa was clean and well kept and gave every facility we needed. Would we go back? Definitely a big yes. To be told that I look five years younger is enough to prove to me that it was worth every penny. |

amazingly good value I was really suprised at the hotel for the amount of money we paid for it, it was fabulous, I couldnt have wished for anything better for the amount I paid, i think spaseekers offer some great deals and ive told my friends and family. In fact the treatments and the food and the accomodation were amazingly good value, that much so that I have booked to come again in march for my Mums 50th Birthday with my sister and my my Mum. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly they stood and had a chat with us and got us everything we requested and the food was really nice, and we were spoilt for choice! The rooms were brilliantly clean and we had someone each morning to change the beds and towels etc The treatments were like being in heaven the staff were friendly and made you feel at ease and the massages and everything werre just perfect with the back ground music on to relax you. |
